Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Kaanapali Beach

The property and the room was great. We would definitely use Phil’s place again. We had a great view from the 3rd floor of the pool area and ocean view. One thing that stood out was the impeccable service, from the bell hop, valet, or calling guest services for additional supplies for the room everybody was so nice and pleasant. Yes, daily valet is free. We asked for extra paper towels, toilet paper, ice, dish soap and all was brought within minutes. The balcony/lanai was also something that stood out from other properties, it was large with chairs, lounger, and table for 4. You also get access to the Hyatt property next door, which is very nice too. You won’t find a better location, close to other great resorts, restaurants and Whalers Village. Phil was very informative and easy to communicate with, great owner. Just an FYI… guests have to pay the Maui occupancy tax, which ours was $29 a day, it’s based on room size.

While I didn’t get to use any of the amenities, this was a very comfortable, pleasant, and perfect work trip. This airbnb helped me sleep well at night.

Wonderful place to be in if you are in Maui. Great location, amazing property. All the hotel staff were very friendly. East to check in and out. Lot of place to park vehicle inside the hotel. Would love to be there again. 5-star and kudos for making our stay perfect!

We had a lovely stay at this unit. We had a renovated ground floor room with which was perfect for a family with young kids- lots of space to run around without feeling like we were on top of each other. Couldn't be easier to get to the kid friendly beach across the street and close to all your needs as parents- groceries, drug stores/pharmacies, and food. The grounds and pool are well maintained. My only concern was that the carpets in the bedrooms seemed like they could have used a wash (understandable given the amount of sandy feet this place has probably seen). Normally it wouldn't even be something I thought twice about but our little guy actually learned how to crawl on this vacation! It wasn't a huge issue though, there was so much hardwood to crawl around on. Overall we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Tom was very informative! This was our second time staying here with Toms help! The place was beautiful and excellent! It was clean, amenities were great! My son loved the kiddie pool with the slides! Will definitely come back again!

We had a wonderful stay the location was great though surroundings were perfect. We were able to access everything but we used a car for most everything last night. Three of us went to dinner and we walked 20 minutes and found amazing food. Highly recommend Tim’s place.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The resort is beautiful and the room is well maintained. Check in and check out were very smooth. We had great views of the sunset. You could even see the turtles in the water. We are so appreciative of Chimera vacations working with us to rent this unit.

Loved everything about this place! Luxury is a great host and very communicative. The 1 bedroom was huge and had more then what I needed. Check-in was easy and Luxury prepped me beforehand so I knew what to do for a fast checkin. There are foodcarts in walking distance and the boardwalk is less then 5 minute walk away. The boardwalk has multiple entrances right to the beach and it was perfect. There is no free shuttle or transport to the airport but uber is super great and easy to use. Overall amazing time!
