Beach condo vacation rentals in Kaanapali Beach

This place is exactly what you would’ve hoped for and more! Literal steps from the beach, excellent sunset views every night and all amenities you could ask for. All of this made this stay extremely comfortable and felt like home, but in paradise! Book this place, I promise won’t regret it!

Lovely clean condo with amazing view right over the ocean and sunset views, had access to community beach and pool with friendly guests. We enjoyed eating meals out on the balcony and viewing the stars at night over the ocean.

It was a great experience overall with a nearby drive from the airport. The only downside would be the rocky beach settings. Complete bummer because it was so accessible! Overall great experience seeing the green sea turtles and whales playing in the mornings. Would definitely rent out again.

We had an amazing stay at Andrew & Heidi’s place. We absolutely love the charm of Kihei. We enjoyed the local beaches & Ulalani’s shaved ice. The location is close to the grocery store, Starbucks and local restaurants. We also enjoyed the pool and barbecue in addition to the amazing massage chair. Our daughter loved all of the beach gear, as well. Andrew was super responsive and also allowed us to check in a bit early which we truly appreciated! We had a wonderful time!!

We had a great time watching whales from the lanai and adventuring the island!! Can't find a better view anywhere on the island!

Our stay at Bin's place was amazing and a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Maui. We stayed at 4 different AirBNB's throughout our stay in Maui and ended it with Bin's place and we couldn't have been happier with our decision. It truly gives you a resort vibe without the huge crowds like you have in Kaanapali. The Napili Bay Beach was about as perfect as you could ask for - the north end was perfectly calm while the south end was a little wavier so you could pick what type of water you wanted. Lots of people paddle boarding and snorkeling out in the bay. The views from the lanai were unbeatable, we made sure we set aside time to watch the sunset every night from it. Bin also provided a lot of helpful information on places to visit and activities to do around the area. Stay here, you won't regret it.

This place was perfect. Being on the ground floor It’s close to the pool, close to the bbq, close to your parking spot and short walk to the beach. Christie was an amazing host and easy to communicate with. We’ve been to Maui several times and this by far has the best shower! It has plenty of beach chairs, a wagon which came in super handy, pool noodles and so much more. I would definitely recommend this place!

The perfect spot to stay for an adventure filled Maui vacation. It is centrally located on the island where there are multiple food trucks, restaurants, and a grocery store in walking distance. The place is at an intersection of 2 somewhat busy streets but the street traffic was not heard inside. The apartment owner has a big map of Maui hanging up with about 20 suggested locations to visit which we found to be very useful as we did a 5-day self-guided tour of the island. I would stay here again for future Maui vacations.

Typically, each time I do an Airbnb (anywhere), I'm nervous until I arrive. In this case, I was at ease before I even arrived. The arrival descriptions were so detailed, I was confident I had made a good choice, and I was right. The place was even better than described. Everything was sparkling clean and included everything I needed to feel right at home. For me it is the little things that matter, a great light next to the bed, a nicer than basic coffee maker along with all the kitchen basics, a comfy bed that is both soft and firm enough, plenty of linens, plus all the beach stuff you could need: chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, a mini cooler, ice packs, etc. The location was phenomenal, across the street from a beautiful beach, you can watch the sunset from the balcony (yes, you can see power wires, but it was ok for me). Great places to eat within walking distance. Separate AC units in the bedroom and living room were sufficient. I would highly recommend.

This Airbnb was very nice and cozy—just what I needed for a little getaway. It had everything I needed, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. A great spot to unwind and recharge. I’d definitely come back!

This place is an absolute oasis. The freedom to walk a mere few steps directly into the Pacific Ocean was bliss. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth every dollar and I definitely intend to return some day. Highly recommend.

Great condo in a great location in Kihei, well stocked with many eclectic things you may need during your stay. Beds were comfortable and the living room was spacious. Convenient parking nearby and great ocean views.

Very lovely condo. Pictures and details in listing were accurate. Location was not far from other popular attractions in Maui. Hosts were always very responsive and provided helpful information for the area.

5+ stars for this airy, comfortable, sparkling clean space. I loved everything about Sidney’s place: it has a super relaxing vibe, comfortable bed, and that view! The unit is well-appointed with many thoughtful touches worthy of the “superhost” designation. Additionally, the grounds are absolutely gorgeous with a perfect resort style pool. Sidney’s communication was on-point: quick, courteous and super helpful. I cannot wait to return to my new favorite condo on Maui.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our first trip to Maui! The photos don’t do the unit or grounds justice. The sound of the ocean, tropical plants, gorgeous sunsets and whale watching from the condo/beach area… made it SO hard to leave. Would definitely stay here again!

The photos of & from the condo do not do justice to the condo & the view from the condo. The view is insane. The adjacent palm tress are at a a perfect height to enhance the view & the floor to ceiling glass doors & windows afford limitless views. The condo is clean & well provisioned & it was perfect for our group of four. The overall Mahana facility is beautiful, clean, & well maintained. The pool, the pool furniture, the BBQs, etc down around the pool were also spotlessly clean. The location of the Mahana condos is also great. There is easy access to the pathway that extends south to Dukes & the Castaway Cafe & finally the Black Rock & Whatler's Village beyond that. So there are bars & restaurants within easy walking distance. For those that choose to cook at the condo, the Times Grocery store right across the street has a full complement of groceries. We are already talking about a return trip to Maui & when we do we will again hopefully stay at this condo!

Great condo in a wonderful location! The condo was even more attractive than the photos led me to believe. My kids and I were thrilled. There was a large lawn heading toward the beach and we had fun playing some sunset volleyball and walking along the beach. The kitchen was spotless and very well-equipped. Lots of thoughtful details including a lighted makeup mirror and desk as well as another desk in one bedroom in case you need some work space. Aaron was responsive and helpful and provided very clear instructions. Would definitely recommend this to others and would stay here again in a heartbeat. TIP for People with Kids: Ask at the front desk if they have any donated pool toys and the very friendly staff will likely be able to loan you something! Thanks Aaron and team!

We enjoyed our stay at Karl's place! The oceanview from the unit was beautiful; we even saw a whale playing out in the distance on most days. The unit was extremely well stocked with kitchen supplies as well as the basics needed for a comfortable stay. Karl even had beach equipment, which came in very handy for days at the beach. Although the property is a much older Outrigger property, Karl's unit was well maintained, and the front desk staff and concierge were both helpful. The exercise room and the pool weren't in the greatest condition, but again, it was a much older property and those two areas were not where we spent a lot of time. While the ocean sounds were most pleasant, the windows inside the unit are not double paned, so we could hear all of the outside noise on both sides of the unit. We liked that the unit was only about a 12 or so minute drive from Fairway Plaza, Whalers Village, and Kaanapali Beach. All in all a nice experience!

My family of four had an amazing stay here. Louis’ place was nicely tucked on the outside of the resort (noise free) and had a wonderful view from the balcony of both the ocean and mountains. Check-in was quick with the valet attendant, parking in the outside lot was a little easier than the underground but both were super convenient. Space was clean, convenient to both the back and front elevators, everything was comfortable and well stocked. Beach and pool were excellent, especially using the provided equipment and towel dispensers. I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Andrew’s place in Kihei. The views from the lanai are unbeatable and the proximity to the beach along with the included beach accessories were fantastic. Perfect location for exploring other parts of Maui. The unit is spacious, A/C worked great and bed was really comfortable. We would love to come back in the future!
