This Airbnb is in a safe and well kept neighborhood. Stores, restaurants, and beautiful beaches are very close to the Airbnb. Tommy was a very responsive host and made sure I had everything I needed. The jug of water was awesome to have since it pours out cold water. And they offer refills! Such a good deal on a rental property in Oahu. The only downside to this place is the neighbors dogs barking early almost every morning, the bed being firm, and it was January (winter) and the unit was too hot for me. Other than those minor inconveniences, it was the perfect place and I loved my stay. It’s hard to find a place that is affordable like this one on Oahu so I’m very thankful I found this place. I would easily stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Cj’s beach house, the location was wonderful being so close to the beach. The house was very cozy and clean. The king size bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. Cj was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely recommend his beach house and we hope to one day come back again!

Exactly as described, nice place with very good management. They are always available. The rooftop is beautiful. Very good price/ value. The one thing I didn’t like was the AC appeared rusted by the outside (it worked perfectly fine) I just opened the window most of the time. In Hawaii there is mostly wall unit AC so this will probably be an issue anywhere if you are sensitive to that kind of thing.
