This place is perfect! A true piece of paradise in southern Florida! My wife and I were looking to spend a relaxing, anniversary weekend, sitting back, with no agenda, just enjoying some privacy, surrounded by nature. We got exactly what we were looking for here. The property is beautiful! Trees, plants and flowers everywhere. Everything was maintained perfectly. We had a fire pit, tiki hut, hammocks, hot tub, kayaks, and the entire pool to ourselves while we were there. We spent quite a bit of time just sitting out on the boat dock in the Adirondack chairs enjoying the cool breeze and watching the wildlife. There is a TV in the tiki hut that you can watch while relaxing in the hot tub or sitting at the bar having a glass of wine. Inside you have plenty of everything that you need to feel like home while you're there. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of extra toiletries in the bathroom in case you left anything behind. We highly recommend this place and will plan another visit for sure

My grandfather and his girlfriend came down for the week and loved everything about this place. It was exactly what they were looking for and would be very happy to stay here again the next time they come back to Florida! The host was also very communicative when I needed to reach out!

My husband and I loved the location and water views here! The queen foam mattress is very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed, including spices, which was helpful. It was in the 90's some days, and one side of the house doesn't get air conditioning very well, but the extra fan provided helped. We liked the high ceiling in the living room and the spacious feeling. The whole place has a welcoming, cozy feel to it, with many books, games, 3 TVs, etc. It was too hot to sit outside, but the large table and chairs looked inviting. The gas grill worked well one night. A family of four might have challenges with where to unpack clothing, but the closet in the hallway had a few hangers. There's a dresser in the 2nd bedroom. Overall, it was a great stay! It was our 6th time staying at Nettles Island, and Sid & Diane's place is our new favorite!

We had a lovely week in West Palm Beach, staying at the Magical Marina Cottage. Communication from Katiuska was top notch. The porch is a fabulous asset of this property — great for reading, working, sipping coffee, whatever you choose. It was nice to be able to do laundry and having available beach gear was also great. The house is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The dedicated parking space in the gated front yard is also a major plus. We were pleased with our choice to stay here.

Stellar. Michelle should teach seminars on how to be the PERFECT Airbnb host! She got it right from start to finish. The cottage and yard are super comfortable. It’s sparkling clean. She thought of everything, including shampoo, lotion, laundry detergent, well-stocked kitchen and bathroom, linens and blankets, plenty of towels, USB-friendly outlets, even some basic condiments. Nice outdoor furniture. The spa is crazy-huge and has powerful jets. All very much appreciated. We already booked another visit.

We totally enjoyed our stay. Loved the beach right across the street. Many restaurants in the area. Close to Jensen Beach downtown area. The Golf Cart was a plus to drive around & go to the beach. The host was very helpful with us extending our stay. The place was very clean & had more amenities in the kitchen than any other place we have ever stayed. The price was great for the area. We will return.

So Much Charm!!! I loved my stay at this adorable cottage filled with so much character (the flamingo decor was such a cute touch)! The place was super clean and very cozy and located in a safe friendly neighborhood! I felt like I was at my own beachside retreat! The backyard is one of its best features… -pure relaxation and a pet’s paradise! The hosts were welcoming and accommodating in every way!

Lovely cottage, great location, pool was awesome! Walkable to town and the bikes were super useful to go to the beach. Loved the morning visits from her dogs while sitting by the pool. Very relaxing and would come back if visiting this area again. Desiree was a great host.

Great location, amazing view, peaceful vibes

We travel to Florida every year to visit family and we always stay in a vacation rental. April and Tony’s place is by far the nicest rental we have ever stayed in. It’s clean, beautiful, comfortable and we felt right at home. I would definitely stay here again. They obviously take pride in their home and making sure their renters feel comfortable. Everything is as described. Thank you April and Tony for a great stay!

Amazing place and excellent host. Close to the beach and lots to do in the area. Family and I enjoyed it and will be coming back for sure. Highly recommended!

Everything was as advertised, and the location was extremely convenient.

The location was great. Only a couple blocks from the beach, maybe three blocks from jetty Park, restaurants and bars. It was great to be able to take the dogs. Full Backyard was fenced in. Second bathroom. Shower is a little small, but there is an outdoor one and a main bathroom. Everything was as described. Would definitely stay again.

What a fantastic Beach House! Walking distance to everything even though we drove everywhere, very nice house, private, comfortable and quiet. Minutes from great restaurants and the beach!!! We will definitely be coming back!

The place was more than I needed and a great price. Was extremely clean and well stocked. Quiet neighborhood and walkable to downtown Jensen Beach. I stay in Airbnb’s all over the world for work and this was one of my best experiences to date

Very nice, cozy house with all amenities needed. Very clean and great linen. We enjoyed the short ride to the beach and the beach pass! Also good location to visit West Palm Beach! Communication with Anne Marie was perfect. Recommended!

The villa is very nice and we really enjoyed staying at Emily’s place. The location is quiet and we loved the security gate that really closes off the villa from the road. The living room/ family room / kitchen is smaller but we honestly did not spend much time at the villa so it worked for us. The outside decor / flowers are awesome. Definitely would stay there again.

This was a beautiful cottage style home in a nice neighborhood close to everything. Place was spotless and Marcus was very accessible if we needed him. I would highly recommend this host. We will be back.

Victors home was great! such a easy and smooth process he even let us have a late checkout at the last minute! such a great host.

Nice place, great location! Only wish there had beach chairs available that we could use but we were able to rent some at the beach

My wife and I stayed for the month of March "25" and Laura's home was as advertised. Laura was extremely responsive to our requests which was much appreciated. We spent most of our awake time in the back patio and pool area. It was so comfortable and her patio covering allowed us to avoid the sun when desired. The historical neighborhood is very walkable and the close proximity to Pineapple Grove and Atlantic Ave. allowed us to leave the car in the driveway. As golfers we were able to play at a public course called Westchester, having 3 nines and around $100 per 18. We were pleased with the conditions as well as it only being 15 minutes away. I would be remiss in not mentioning that the area in under a large Roadway and Utility Improvement Project finishing 4th quarter "25". It did not affect our stay, but could affect ones stay as the work gets closer to the house. Stephen And Kathi, Harpswell Me.
