Host Jamie was GREAT! Place was decent. Comfortable but needs updates. Furniture was old and looked a little dirty to my liking. Wished it had blackout curtains to sleep in! Wish it had an elevator just so it was easier to move around with wagon full of beach stuff. But otherwise very happy with our stay!

Definitely well worth the price very attentive on making sure me and my family were comfortable and if we needed anything cabin had everything we needed to cook plenty of dishes, utensils, pots and pans and most important a coffee maker...lol Sherman was very helpful on helping on a place to dock our boat while we stayed very quiet at night left everything on my boat nothing was touched boat slip is owned by another business across from our cabin they also was very accommodating to our needs for our boat have everything you'll need daily ice, beer and bait there is a light and power at boat slip which i needed for trolling motor batteries over all very awesome memorial day vacation and Definitely be back to stay again in one of Sherman's places and definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for clean ,safe , and cozy little cabin....Thanks Sherman for everything!

We stayed at this home for a month and Karla was a wonderful host! She was so helpful in assisting us in baby proofing the pool area which made our stay so much better and comfortable. The house is lovely and the outdoor space is just unbelievable. We loved the privacy of the property and the beautiful sunsets. There’s a deli nearby that is walkable, but you have to drive a little to get to other main stores. No big deal at all and was a welcome activity for my toddler. We would stay here again and would highly recommend this to anyone else!

What a great find for us when we booked Lisa’s place. The villa was fully equipped with everything that we needed. It was cleaner than clean. We couldn’t have asked for more. There was an electric golf cart for our use. Which was really an added bonus when visiting the villages. Typically we would have gas to rent one or borrow one from one of our friends. BONUS FOR SURE! Thank you Lisa!!!!! During our stay the clothes dryer went out when we were there and Lisa went the extra mile to have a new dryer installed in just 4 days. The technicians explained the dryers functionality and were extremely informative and nice. We considered Lisa’s response above and beyond and would highly recommend renting from her in the future. We will be back for sure. If Airbnb had a 10+++ I would give it to her and her place. Randy and Chris Gibson

Keri was very helpful and responsive. Her place is perfect! The area is very quiet and peaceful. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The pool was not crowded at all and one day I had it all to myself! This is definitely a place I would come back to.

We had a wonderful time during our vacation. The house was very comfortable and spacious enough for 2 couples. Instructions were left on the fridge, the home was spotless, and it provided plenty of amenities. The use of the golf cart was a bonus, and the location was perfect. Dale was very responsive when we had questions. We will certainly go back. Thank you, Dale and Sandy.

Sand in My Shoes was a great place to stay! Short walk to the beach, pools and gym. About 15 minutes to downtown St. Augustine. The townhouse was well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

Meghan's place was perfect; the location was amazing, easy access to the beach, a nice clean condo, super-easy check-in and -out...there's literally nothing bad I can say about my experience staying here. The soap, shampoo and conditioner in the showers was a nice touch, and there were PLENTY of linens and towels for my family of five. We came for a short, three- day staycation, and my only regret is that we couldn't have stayed longer. Meghan was very communicative and helpful. Five stars all around, and we'll definitely be back!

It is a lovely small apartment with all amenities you need, great parking. It suited us completely. We were in Daytona for a concert. It was easy to get to the venue. A walk on the beach was great as well. Fabulous view to watch the world go by.

Lauren was quick to respond to any questions that I had! She was very proactive, making sure that I was set up with a campsite, and everything was communicated timely to help us get into the camper. She is an excellent hostess, even left us a gift and a bottle of wine in the kitchen! We will be back! Everything was perfect.

Our stay at Lee’s exceeded our expectations! It was perfect for our family of 4! The kitchen has everything you need and more!! We’ve stayed at several places in this community over the years and this was definitely the best! Place was clean, the appliances were updated, and you can’t beat the proximity to the pool/clubhouse and the Lake views. Will definitely book again here.

Wonderful experience at Susan’s space! Susan was kind and accommodating to unexpected travel bumps we had. Location of condo was perfect for the kids to access the pool & the beach! It was also so easy to not have to worry about packing beach towels or other beach accessories. Everything was right there! Condo was far enough away from the heavy tourist areas down the road to get some quiet after time spent with the crowds. Clean! Safe area! And relaxing! Would use the space again & again!

This home was located close enough to travel by golf cart to a few of the town squares. The neighborhood was quiet -a great place to walk my dog. Brian was a great host, attentive to all our needs. It was nice having the golf cart and a grill on the patio. We didn’t need a thing!

What an amazing stay! La Hacienda is a beautiful retreat for a couples getaway. We celebrated our anniversary here and it was gorgeous, peaceful and perfect. Jessica and Steve were incredible hosts and even suggested a dinner location that we tried that was fantastic! We hope to return!

Perfect two night stay for our family of 4. The first rental in a while that everyone, even our teenagers, had zero complaints about. Our hosts were extremely responsive and bent over backwards to get us a corkscrew the day we checked in and wanted to open a bottle to celebrate my wife's birthday. A very quick drive to the public access point of our favorite beach or a reasonable walk to the private boardwalk. The house was very clean and comfortable and good value. It was a nice spot to take a few zoom meetings for my work.
