This beachfront location is an absolute gem for the price point. The room exceeded my expectations - it was surprisingly spacious with a large window that flooded the space with natural light and made it feel even more open. All standard amenities were provided, and you truly can't beat stepping right onto the beach. A great value for anyone looking for a beach getaway!

I WANTED TO EXTEND What a pleasant surprise!! I was somewhat familiar with the area, but was closer to one of the original restaurants I first experienced red snapper in the Playa Juan Dolio area. Several restaurants, bars and stores within 5-7 minute walk….area looks questionable, but never had any concerns. Isabel was very responsive and accommodating. I had issues with the tv and balcony ceiling fan and storm shutters. Isabel showed up the next day with a team of technicians and resolved the problem. Her personal attention was greatly appreciated!! I would definitely stay here again!! Thanks Isabel!!

Jerry is responsive and very helpful. His condo at the Marbella is clean, cozy with an amazing view. The gated community is beautiful, safe with plenty of amenities for the whole family. I stayed for a month and would definitely come back to stay again!

Quiet area in a new construction building. Has security. Room is excellent. Air conditioning is freezing cold, mattress are comfortable, amenities are up to date. Easy access to get in the room.

I have stayed in many units in Marbella and this by far was our favorite. Clean and has everything we needed. He even left us water and coffee and tea. Such a nice touch. Thank you for such a lovely holiday, we will be back.

It was a wonderful place to go. The apartment was beautiful and clean. There was a minor confusion with the dates of the reservation, but got resolved quickly. The host was very responsive and took care of it. We enjoyed so much our stay there. We will definitely recommend this stay to anyone who is looking to have an amazing relaxing time.

Excellent place, very comfortable to rest and spend a few days in the city, the place has good internet, it is a quiet residential, good amenities, useful kitchen accessories, and tv to watch series and movies. Great place, the host responds quickly and is responsible.

He had an issue with the bathroom in the room that we were supposed to stay in, but he exchanged it for another room. It didn’t have a balcony, but that was OK I guess. The place smelled a bit funny other than that. It was fine. They lock it up at night so it was a bit hard for me to take my girlfriend to the airport at 4:30.
