The place is very nice and clean, besides being quite well equipped. Ransiel (the host) was quite attentive and willing to help at all times, he helped us have a good day with the family. I 100% recommend this place and would be back without thinking.

Great place. Great location lot of restaurants

My stay at this airbnb was amazing the airbnb itself was beautiful, extremely clean and was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Playa Juan dolio is only about 10 minutes away making it the perfect location to spend with family weather is just relaxing at the beach, trying the different restaurants or the fun activities in the vicinity. For example the buggy excursion to the beach was an extremely fun experience that me and my family enjoyed. The host made our experience extremely easy and accommodating. From the airbnb instructions to giving excellent local tips for dinning and attractions and most importantly being responsive. Overall our experience at this airbnb couldn’t have been better and we are excited to comeback for a weekend.

We would definitely return to the place, the treatment of our host Pamela 1A, the entire villa is very comfortable, the facilities, the place with a lot of security, the villa is very well equipped with everything you need, without any complaints.

I had a tiny bit of miscommunication at the beginning but it was probably due to English to Spanish translation... it was resolved in no time! Very lovely home.

It was a cozy and comfortable house. The pool was nice and warm. Although it was a shared pool area, we had the pool to ourselves. The house needs some plumbing repairs though. The host sent a plumber immediately to resolve any issues. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent attentions to both Mrs. Portalatin and the staff working in the villa. The staff is very respectful, attentive and diligent. We had a very pleasant time, we always felt safe and enjoyed the family to the fullest. A clean, tidy villa with spacious spaces and attractive amenities was super recommended.

After checking in to a prior place that was TERRIBLE , I started looking last minute for another place bc there was no way I was sleeping there with my kids , I found Rosanna’s place and messaged her , not only did she reply immediate, she was able to arrange pick up for us within minutes , luckily we were in the same complex and just two minutes away . The place was very updated and clean , perfect accommodation for my kids and I ! I will say the kitchen needs to be a little more equipped with essentials - sugar , salt , regular condiments there are none , and house does have a lotttt of mosquitos , I know it’s DR but I felt like it was a little more than it should be, location is a bit out of the way and hidden , maybe have coffee and or water ? Without a car you cannot do anything in the area . I still will book this place again and keep these things in mind ! If you have kids that like to watch TV at night , only one tv in the living room , but has Netflix so that’s a big plus !

Since welcoming sent us his local guide, I knew it would be an excellent place to stay. Always available to us for any concerns we had. Without a doubt it is the best Airbnb I have stayed in, it has everything you need someone is looking for in order to feel comfortable and rest. I loved the pool, the ambiance, and the gesture she had when leaving us some welcome details. Super recommended and I hope to return soon to enjoy its beautiful space again. If you're looking for a place to feel comfortable and quiet, this is definitely where you should stay!!

Extremely delighted with the stay, our host. Doña Luisa is excellent, very kind and easy. We felt at home, she felt an adorable aura in the villa, the room had a smell that she fell in love. Mr. Pablo is very friendly and collaborating to what we need in his time!
