Beachfront vacation rentals in Juan Dolio

A very good place to rest.

This was our first time vacationing to this part of the DR and wow! The condo was Amazing and condo was very beautiful and better than the pictures! The View was beautiful as every day we sat on the balcony which wrapped around the condo. You can see the beach and the beautiful view from the bed or the balcony. All of the staff in the building were very friendly. We took maximum advantage of the pool and jacuzzi as they were amazing and I met many new friends. I highly recommend Juan as he is an outstanding host! He answered my questions quickly and even helped me make arrangements for a ride to and from the airport with Abel Taxi service whom I highly recommend also. Juan also recommended going to Nico Beach restaurant (5 stars) to enjoy a meal and more beach adventure. The only other thing I would recommend is spending more than 5 days as you will fall in love with Juan's condo! We had so much fun and can not wait to go back!

This was our second time staying here and we are very pleased with the condo, the area and the beach. Estela was attentive to our needs.

Great value, beautiful view from the pool. Beach access is very rocky at the home but we walked about half a mile and all was great. Only recommendation is to turn the air on immediately upon arrival and make sure they don’t go off. Will be back soon!

This experience is one of the best ive had. Carlenis was there every step of the way and very responsible on been responsive. Pictures are awsome but the vibe and the place in person is breathtaking. I do want to make this clear ( THIS IS NOT A PLACE TO PARTY ) its a place to relax peacefully when you are not enjoying the wonders of Dominican Republic and Boca Chica. I will always be thankful for the transparency and and the amount of care i felt from my host Carlenis I RECOMMEND 💯 And will definitely book again in the future. Carlenis thank you so much 🙏🏻

Aqua Loft is a private apartment building with a beautiful pool and beach front. If you want a tranquil, peaceful getaway then this is a great spot. We had the whole beach to ourselves with shade under palm trees. There is not much food in walking distance, so you need to Uber to Juan Dolió to get food. Or go grocery shopping beforehand, and the kitchen in the apartment has everything you need to cook.

All was great. We’ve been to Marbella many times. This condo was clean and happy everything we needed. The bed in the main bedroom needs an upgrade.

This place was amazing! Communication from the beginning was awesome. The transportation we needed from the airport to the Airbnb and anywhere else nearby was easily accessible. We loved the Airbnb and private beach area. Will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful place, family-like, it's like being at home, cozy, organized and clean. Attention from all the staff and hosts. I was with my children. A safe place that includes private parking, something that I should highlight. Supermarket nearby, restaurants nearby, beach nearby, fast food nearby, it was like being at home, thanks for the very kind attention, a 10/10.

Very cute place. walking distance to the beach ( but make sure you have your own beach chairs, as there are no place near by to rent sunbed). apartment is very nice, small but has all necessary things inside. Perfect for a couple.

Great Airbnb in an outstanding location. Everything is literally within walking distance from the beach , supermarket, bars etc . Edwin is a spectacular host as well ; Highly communicative and friendly. I highly recommend!

It is an excellent accommodation, I really loved that it has a private beach and the view from the balcony, where you can see the beach, Ricardo is also very friendly and helpful, anything you need he will definitely agree to help you. I loved everything, I'll most likely be back.

If you're looking for a cultural DR experience and do not mind walking 10 minutes to the beach/restaurants, I highly recommend. It also took me 35-40 mins to walk to the Juan Dolio Liquor store the "nightlife partying" nearby. Very safe location even if it looks a bit sketchy at first. There area cameras on property. I walked alone at night and felt very safe. Most locals are there to protect tourists. During the tour Eddy was welcoming and went above and beyond to help! Some things that were broken, but he let me know ahead of time and was very honest. The water pressure in bathrooms was not always great. They also only have cold water in some showers but it was also hot outside so it was nice! One of the bathroom toilets was not working, but Eddy was on top of it and was helpful. There was 1 waterbug in a room when we first arrived, but did not see any other insects. A/C works in well in 1A, not so much in 1B but not unbearable. It is a 3rd world country so many things expected.

I really like Aquarella, it's a quiet place, close to the city. The apartment is just as described.
