Open areas without steps and disabilities are accommodated in living areas. There are steps to the dock and water. Approximately 1700 sq ft. walkout basement apartment.

Back deck has small table & seating w/ a 6 seater hot tub! Minutes from the famous Kowaliga restaurant & Russell Crossroads (market, diner, horseback riding, etc) yet still secluded! Dogs welcome for a $75 pet fee per stay! Cats are NOT allowed due to allergy issues. $500 fine for parties or smoking.

Located on the Montgomery Side, this amazing Lake House sits on a flat lot offers 450 feet of water front. It is very private. There are many outdoor areas like the gazebo, two docks, fire pit, and a floating dock. You'll love the coziness of the large fireplace and the open floor plan with high ceilings. You're 5 minutes from Children's Harbor and 10 minutes from Catherine's Market and The Springhouse. Make sure to make a reservation for Springhouse.
