Third stay here, loved every minute of it again. Susan is a perfect host and is helpful and responsive to everything. We will be back again for sure.

Allows us extra time to spend with our son and his wife over the weekend while they stayed at Lake Martin. Enjoyed our time together. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean.

We loved our stay at the lake house. The space was great. The master was upstairs and the living space open. All other bedrooms downstairs. They had all sorts of games and water toys to enjoy the lake. Check in was easy and the owner was great at responding as well as their property manager. The kitchen was well equipped too. We had an amazing girls retreat and will def be back to visit their lake house again. Thanks Carla for being a great host!

I loved this house. It was safe, quiet, private, and clean. The bedding was very comfortable and the standard amenities were accessible and easy to find. The shower water pressure was PERFECT for me.

This condo checked all the boxes, close to entertainment and Kowaliga, enough space for 6 people, ease of access to water (steps), quiet surroundings even though we had neighbors all around, ease of access to entry and adequate parking, very clean, kitchen and baths adequately stocked, price was reasonable and very very quick response time when questions were asked. It’s been our experience that It’s very hard to find anything close to Kowaliga so we were happy to find this condo. Yes yes yes I would recommend this place! The only thing I would change and it’s aesthetic, less stuff inside rooms. I was always afraid of breaking something and had to move things in order to seat everyone at the kitchen counter or living room. But that’s a personal preference. That was not on our personal preference sheet!! This condo met all our expectations.

Jody was truly exceptional. Her communication was top-notch, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The property itself was beautiful, boasting an incredible view of the lake that left us in awe. It was the perfect backdrop for our family vacation, providing a serene and picturesque setting that we all fell in love with. Our children had an amazing time, with the awesome deep water dock with stairs going into the water to keep them entertained. The place was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. We had such a wonderful time that we're already planning our next visit. Thank you, Jody, for making our stay a memorable one!

Our stay was perfect. The host was readily available and helped us recovery a few pillows we left behind. Location was perfect. We docked our boat at the house for the weekend and fully enjoyed the lake and its proximity to restaurants and chimney rock. Approximately 25min boat ride from River North to the house and about 10min to chimney rock. The house had plenty of rooms, linens and kitchen items for our stay. I highly recommend booking the house for anyone looking for a fairly priced home with all you need to enjoy the lake. The dock was great and we used it everyday. Great hosts! Very helpful!

There aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful our stay was — it ended up being so lovely that we added an extra night because we simply couldn’t bring ourselves to leave! Gina is not only communicative and helpful, but genuinely kind and it shows! From thoughtful details (small container of coffee to get you started, makeup towels, coloring books - we didn’t travel with children but what a nice touch) to a beautiful setting, we couldn’t have asked for more! The serene location on the lake was quiet and beautiful but we also appreciated the contemporary comforts of wi-fi and a smart tv so that we could watch a little football after spending our day out in nature. The best of both worlds! Thank you for a wonderful stay and we look forward to coming back to visit again soon!!!
