Welcome to the Riverhaus! Established in 2020, this sanctuary was thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. This 2-acre gated estate with a 1,900 sqft home and 100' of waterfront on the Pedernales River sleeps 8 comfortably and boasts a private outdoor Biergarten as well as a cabinet of lawn games, two firepits, multiple seating areas, and a fleet of non-motorized boats to enjoy on the river. Situated on the upper level of the property is a spacious two-story home. Take advantage of numerous amenties including a gameroom, lending library, two work stations, Roku television, Wii gaming system and Yoga equipment. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the two decks as you listen to the sound of windchimes and wildlife. On the lower level under a canopy of old Oak trees, you can roast s'mores on another firepit or walk down to the water's edge to fish, swim, kayak, canoe or paddleboard. Staying here was the most relaxing and beautiful place ever. Loretta was very helpful and so nice. I loved the area and we met a wonderful lady there during the stay. The place is very homey and very very clean. Loretta gave us so many things to do around the area and the reasturant is walkable. if we wanted to grab something else to eat there is great resturaunts 10 min away. This whole experience was great. I would strongly recommend.

Our stay at Shelley's place was lovely! The house is so spacious, was sparkling clean, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the grill and amazing views. It's located in a quiet and peaceful area, perfect to relax and have a good night's sleep. When I first saw the listing, I was a bit concerned about how comfortable the sofa bed in bedroom 4 would be. It turned out that I picked this room for me and my husband: it's spacious, has its own bathroom and the bed is VERY comfy, in addition to the best views! The other bedrooms were also great, cozy and with perfect levels privacy. Everyone was incredibly pleased with the accommodations. Communication with Shelley was excellent, she is a fantastic host!

Kathryn was a thoughtful hostess. Her home is gorgeous and tucked away in the trees away from the Texas sun and with beautiful and unmatched views of the lake and sunset. We were welcomed with wine, cake and fresh flowers and toys for our fur baby. The heated pool and hot-tub were enjoyed by all and there are plenty of pool toys to occupy the kids (and adults). The deck was amazing. We had all our meals there and enjoyed grilling or dining at Oasis or takeout from Beachside Billy’s. Wine fridge was helpful to store our drinks. HEB is 15-20 min away. The beds were divine (best sleep in years). The master upstairs has a huge shower and the two bedrooms on the first floor had a very nice shower/bathroom as well. We loved being able to travel with our fur baby too. We really enjoyed the large jenga and other games in the game closet. For our boat trip, we took an uber back as the way down the rocks to the dock was challenging. Book this home for wonderful memories!! We’re glad we did.

The house itself is cozy, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. But the real highlight is the patio—spacious, inviting, and offering stunning views that make it the perfect spot to relax. The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back!

Brad was a perfect host to a perfect home away from home. From the booking, through checkout, he was helpful, friendly and genuinely concerned with our comfort and overall experience. I don't think I've ever had a host who responded to messages as quickly and effectively. NOW, as to the home...wow. The home is adorable and clean and was perfect for a chill vacation. The view was outstanding. There are so many deer around the property and neighborhood....it just makes for a nice, peaceful place to spend time with family and friends.
