Eve’s airbnb was everything that was advertised and exactly what we were looking for. Eve was a great host! Would recommend this spot to anyone looking have a backyard with space, close to the action but still far enough away to have peace and quiet if wanted.

One of our best airbnb stays! Ally was super responsive and helpful. The house is spacious, everything felt new and very well stocked. We were very comfortable and happy at her airbnb. Would happily stay here again in the future!

perfect location for wedding and also for chill people that like to get to know neighborhoods by walking. tons of great restaurants, including the wedding reception! really liked getting to know Austin from here.

This was our second stay at the Big Shiney and once again it was the PERFECT spot for a stay in Austin. It was convenient to the UT campus and there were so many great choices of restaurants in the neighborhood. We even walked to BB's and Zed's for dinner - highly recommend! The house has a great layout and was super clean. The back deck was perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. Your surrounded by nature being next to a park. Can't wait to stay here again!

Comfortable stay, convenient location! Was just a 7min drive to moody amphitheater and other things Downtown

This was our second stay at Jeremy's. The casita is spacious, tastefully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. It is close to First Street but is very quiet and peaceful in a lovely treelined neighborhood. It is very walkable or a short drive to many nearby cafes and restaurants. Jeremy is also a very responsive, gracious host. He answers any questions or concerns within a few minutes. My husband and I hope to stay with him again on our next trip to Austin.

This location is everything!!! A group of 7 girls including myself took a bachelorette trip to Austin and may I just say we had the best time. The house is not the biggest, however, there was plenty of room for us and just what we were looking for since we mainly just needed a place to sleep, shower, etc. However, it was still spacious enough of the 7 of us to comfortably sleep and move around as we needed. The hosts are very kind and helpful, with lots of local recommendations, transparency, and continuously remaining proactive throughout our stay. Would stay here again in the future!
