Mary Anne is an excellent host! She communicated with me to make sure my stay was comfortable. She had no problem with my requests ahead of time. The house is on a quiet country road on a larger piece of property, yet it is located 5 minutes from Rt. 87. It was a quiet and peaceful retreat at the end of my day. The bathroom looks new and the whole apartment is spotless! The amenities were handy and Trader Joe's is close by for any food items I needed. What a great space for a reasonable price! I will stay with Mary Anne again.

Liz is such a lovely host and her place is welcoming and cozy with all of the extra touches. I extended my stay for a month and had everything I needed for my things and cooking meals. I felt right at home and highly recommend!

If you're looking for a peaceful getaway in the NY mountain woods and love the rustic brewery experience, this is an awesome place to stay! We enjoyed driving the mountain roads by day, exploring neighboring towns (especially getting a mineral spring spa bath and filling a few gallon jugs at the Saratoga Spa State Park with the State Seal mineral water). By night we enjoyed the various beer offerings of Jon the Beer Diviner in the brewery, especially liked the Stout and the Scotch Ale (Glen was right : ) Saturday night we loved the live music and delicious pizza too. Great fire pits on the deck which we enjoyed mostly on our last night all by ourselves after everyone left. Peaceful, eclectic place and exceptionally nice folks, Cindy and Jon! Got some great ideas from the local patrons, Cohoes Falls for one! And even though the weekend was rainy and it snowed as we were leaving, we thoroughly enjoyed this off the beaten path gem in the woods and you will too! We will def be back <3
