Carls place is clean, cozy, and has a homey feel. There is plenty of room to spread out, and it’s very convenient to Falmouth. Carl was a great host and very easy to communicate with.

We loved staying at the cottage. It was set up so nicely, and had all the comforts of home. It’s well maintained and updated and has a warm cozy feel to it. We liked the little notes Derek left regarding extra bath/beach towels, extra blankets and TV settings. Last minute we had an additional person and Derek set up an extra mattress for us which worked out perfectly. The location was great. We were close distances to restaurants, beaches and markets. We had a lovely stay. Thank you!

Regarding the matter of value for what we paid: the addition of almost $1,000.00 in “fees” was a bit troubling and they were not stipulated in the original advertisement for the property. They appeared after we had booked the property. The location and the hostess were great! We had a little trouble with the electronic door lock. Overall, a very enjoyable stay!😊😊😊😊

The accommodation was lovely and the location was great. Highly recommend!
