Monthly Rentals in João Alfredo

I'm from São Paulo and this was my second lodging in the dream chalet and I was surprised by so much evolution. Very cozy place, extremely clean cottages, furniture and utensils new and in perfect condition (new pots, TV, etc.) perfect pool, very good internet in which I worked normally, very receptive and attentive staff, night decor that leaves the place a charm and a super attention of Filipe (host). I highly recommend

The house is exactly like the photos, maybe even better. It is large, well equipped and was very organized. The host was very solicitous, and always responded with speed and education. My only consideration would be about the location, which is far from the center and, on the way, sometimes there was no sign to find the house. Uber's GPS is hardly able to locate the address on a first attempt and it was necessary to spend some time looking for the house. The address was also incorrect in the Airbnb description and this caused us a setback for an event we had. However, the neighborhood was very quiet and there was no noise or other nuisance during the stay.

Caio was a very kind and helpful host, explained everything to us always responding quickly. Flat fully clean and equipped, very comfortable. We had no problem and we will definitely be back!! I highly recommend!!

Our stay was very pleasant. The place has a very good structure, spacious accommodation. In addition, it has an equipped kitchen, with utensils needed cooking. There is also a wide variety of movies to watch. We also took advantage of the trail available on the property that allows us to observe beautiful overlooks. We intend to return in the coldest period of the year to better enjoy the fireplace and chill of Serra Negra.
