Monthly Rentals in Joan-myeon

The river view was great, and I appreciated the carefully prepared service such as water and cup noodles. The location is good and parking is convenient, so this is where I want to be again.

It was a healing trip thanks to the accommodation in a while. It's an accommodation that I urgently booked for an urgent business trip. I was so lucky, even the rain came down and the healing of seeing the rain under the eaves I also loved the restaurants near the accommodation. It was really the best air bnb accommodation I've ever stayed in ~

The accommodation is really neat and quiet. You can feel a lot of private, and especially the host was so kind that I was able to rest really well!

To begin with, Yun is a great host. She made sure that we(me and my wife) had the most beautiful stay in South Korea. She was helpful at each step. We were provided with all the information with precise details. We were provided maps from airport to her house, detailed check in information beforehand, provided bottled water for our entire stay of one month. The host attended to all our queries and made sure she helped us on everything. The location is absolutely fantastic overlooking the water sports bay and hanam river view. There is a dedicated kitchen area with all required cooking materials. Big washroom with separate bathing area and bidet.Comfortable Mattress with duvet. 10 mins walk from Misa station. There were departmental stores and lots of amazing eating places just around. Misa market was just around as well. There is a gym on the first floor and a garbage disposal area on basement 1. I would highly recommend this stay for everyone. The place is same as shown in the picture
