Monthly Rentals in Jeffersonville

Shana and Mark were amazing hosts. So was their son, Ben. They told us in advance of an unfortunate water leak and gave us the option of backing out, but it turned out not to be a problem. Their son Ben also helped us jump our car when we accidentally drained the battery. Their place is beautiful and very quiet, but not too far from the Columbus Temple and a lot of other things to do. Mark is an excellent artist and we love his paintings. It was a perfect getaway. We highly recommend Mark & Shana's place.

The Gardenia Suite was spotless, cozy, charming, and convenient. The bed and pillows were so comfortable after a day of exploring downtown and the Halloween Festival. Even though it’s a historic building, the bathroom was updated and the shower had excellent pressure and hot water. The building was easy to find and parking was a breeze. The location is very walkable - in fact, once I parked, I didn’t move my car again until the morning I left. Deidra was always friendly and quick to respond to my questions, both leading up to my stay and when I arrived. If I ever visit the area again, the Blue Brick Inn would be my top pick of places to stay.

Very clean, and absolutely perfect for what we needed.

This is a wonderful, clean bungalow that was easy to stay in. Nice to have a backyard and a front porch, plenty of light. We found it very quiet while also being close to a few restaurants/bars and Walgreens. Very clean, nice communicative hosts. We would absolutely stay here again.
