Fern Hollow Acres was clean, welcoming, peaceful - everything we wanted in a getaway from the city. The recent storms have left some trees down, but the roads and walking paths were well cleared. The recent SNOW left a lot of the landscaping a little worse for wear, but we could see it'll be beautiful again soon. The screen porch was as clean as the house, with lots of seating to choose from. We used it every morning and most evenings. We cooked all our meals there and found the kitchen to be very well appointed, plenty of counter space for prep, the appliances were all in good working order, and again, clean like everything else. We will be back. 😊

This is a great place to stay if visiting Monticello. It is walking distance to the town square, restaurants, bakery, farmers market etc...but is also on a quiet street. The fire pit is a great touch. Smart TV works great and kitchen is good for preparing meals. House layout is very good and the shower has great hot water and water pressure. Check in was super easy. We had 0 issues with our stay!

Very cute and roomy little cottage that has been nicely renovated. The neighborhood is quiet and Pearl has many lovely historic homes with fabulous old trees. The downtown area is near enough to walk. A small, fenced back yard area for the pooch to explore was also a plus. We were only 2 plus dog but the house could easily accommodate 4 persons. Would recommend!
