Kristy and Kevin thought of everything. Great recommendations in an easy-to -follow format, plenty of dishes and utensils, comfortable bed with trundle, ample space, walk-in closet with lots of storage, and many options for movies and tv shows. The apartment was located in a private neighborhood very close to downtown Evergreen. Great option for a couple!!

I booked with Mark & Danielle on a stressful trip to Denver to help family w/my father's emergency surgery. The ABNB is perfect upscale location with lots to do. I was impressed with the pics and description so I booked. Upon my arrival found the place to be just as described and depicted. It is a remarkable place, spacious 1 bedroom with separate living and kitchen area, huge screen TV for ESPN, nice nook area for Zoom meetings. Granite counters throughout and let me say the bath area is worth staying there alone. Way, way, better than a hotel any day. Upon check in I ran into Mark and he was very helpful to get me into the unit and friendly. I ran into Mark, Danielle and their daughter on another day, and let me say--super nice people, courteous, and very respectful. Easy to see why their ABNB is top notch! I sent my wife a video clip of the unit and she was rightfully jealous. Next time I come to Denver this will be my go to place. Thank you Mark& Danielle for hosting me!

This room was great. It was nice having a private bathroom, easy to find, private room. The only thing i wish was that there was waters in the room and a hair dryer but we made it without that stuff. Everything else was great about this room!

Chris and Gretchen’s place was my favourite airbnb by a long shot ! The space was so gorgeous even just from the outside. You have everything you need to feel comfy and welcome. They recommended some awesome places to visit near by, and made the space really feel like a home away from home ! If I ever return I would 100% be booking with them again. We absolutely loved every second we got to spend here and know others would feel the same ! Don’t hesitate just book ! You will not regret it :) Thank you so so much again Chris and Gretchen, this trip was amazing !!

loved this Airbnb! I had no complaints. It was clean, the host was really responsive, and she let us check in a little early due to an earlier arrival, which I appreciated. The hot tub was my favorite part. It was easy to navigate, and it's also really close to downtown Denver, which was nice. However, if you want to head into the mountains, be prepared for the drive !!

Amazing space! The description of the rental is spot on. The host was very responsive. There are some great places to eat within walking distance. The view of the mountains is gorgeous. Everything that we drove to was under an hour away. Red Rocks Amphitheater is about a 15 minute drive. Highly recommend!

WOW! Laura's place exceeded expectations. Check in was smooth, communication was clear and frequent when needed, and the VIEWS were unbelievable. Her place made for a perfect weekend get-away and the views ended up being perfect backdrop to capture a our proposal moment. Laura respected our privacy during our stay, it felt like we had the whole property to ourselves! Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to get away, relax, and enjoy the mountain views without having to drive too far into the mountains. THANK YOU!

Kelly’s place was awesome. It looked just like the pictures. The beds were super comfortable and the host provided some snacks, which was unexpected and really appreciated. There was also a book with food recommendations so that’s also a plus if you don’t know the area. Would have love to hang out on that cute little patio but sadly the weather didn’t allow it. Would definitely recommend staying there :)

I stayed here for 3 weeks. The place was easy to find and access to the inside was probably the easiest I’ve encountered on AirBnb. I was in town for work and the place was perfect for my needs. Love the decor in there. The hosts are very kind and responsive. I needed the breaker for the microwave reset and they had it working again within the hour. I am hoping to stay again on future work trips, so I’m definitely adding this spot to my favorites.

Benjamin was an excellent host offering a private basement retreat for our trip to Red Rocks & Denver. There was a parking space in the driveway available for us in a residential neighborhood with roughly 20 minute drives to both of the aforementioned locations. The basement entrance was private and also yielded notable natural light during the mornings and afternoons. The carpet gave a cozy feel of a classic basement vibe along with the social element of having the television, couch, and of course, the pool table to make it more fun! Benjamin was helpful with local suggestions when one of our plans unfortunately went awry. The price point is excellent given the benefits and positive experience Benjamin’s property provided us. I would recommend this place to anyone on the fence for sure!

Such a cozy place! We already knew from staying at another property of Tom's previous that his places are impeccable. I would have wanted to stay at the other property again but it was peak season for Golden this weekend and most lodging was sold out. My daughter is a student at Mines and this is about a 6 min drive away (without traffic) which was very nice. Like the other property, it is very close to a very busy roundabout so for tourists like us who are not used to roundabouts (lol), it can be confusing but you get used to it. It is definitely a place for only 2 people to be comfortable although a college student could probably stay on the sofa (not allowed and she preferred her dorm). It's a bit close to the sounds of traffic but easy to blockout especially with the zen music he plays on his TV. I forgot that my 77 yo old mom was going to be with me and perhaps if she had mobility problems (she has some), the staircase may have been a consideration. She was fine with it.

Lucas's place was perfect for our family of 4 for a long weekend. We flew into town for a Nuggets game, and I chose this place because I felt it would be much safer than staying downtown with our 2 boys, 7 & 11. Plus it's right between Golden and Boulder and it took like 2 minutes to jump on the highway to get to those. The boys loved the climbing wall and air hockey table, and we all enjoyed the hot tub and some Nintendo! This place couldn't get any cleaner. We enjoyed the snacks, coffee, and drinks in the fridge. The shampoo/cond is 2 in 1 so if you like a separate one bring your own. We ate at Jack's Bar & Grill the first night(highly recommend). It was a quick 5 minutes up the road in a really cute little area. Marco's Pizza and Lot One are right there too. The next night we ate at the School House in the historic downtown area of Arvada, and it was really good, but it takes a while to drive through all the commercial area of that city. We would love to stay here again!

Deanna’s place was great! Optimal location to explore Denver & Boulder. My father said she “thought of everything” in regard to accommodations/amenities & I like to think he is the boujee one out of the two of us. I will keep this place in mind the next time I’m looking to explore CO!

Great apartment near Tennyson. Very walkable to many restaurants, coffee shops, parks, etc. Love the 2 levels. Beds were comfortable. Lots of amenities and very homey.

The Prana Suite was everything we hoped it would be, it made a quick weekend trip feel like a getaway. Jeremy and Stephanie were both very friendly and responsive and also gave us our space and privacy. The suite itself was so comfortable and charming. The hot tub was perfect after hiking in to a show at Red Rocks! There were stadium seats and blankets provided to take with us to the venue as well which was so thoughtful. We’ll chose the Prana Suite next time we’re in town too, it was a destination within itself!

This little studio was a perfect spot to stay for a getaway trip in Denver! It was super close to the Red Rocks amphitheater, if you want an amazing concert experience. It was also the perfect distance away from the heart of the city. Plus the opportunity to relax in the hot tub after a long day was amazing. I couldn’t recommend it more!

I had a great stay here. This Airbnb was very nice and close to everything I was doing while in Colorado. The hosts were very clear with their expectations and were very communicative during the stay. I recommend this excellent Airbnb to everyone.

This place was really nicely located for everything we needed on our very short weekend trip. The price (especially compared to others close by) was really great. The space was just as it looks in the pictures. My literal only 3 complaints (still rating 5 stars though) was: 1) There is no climate control for the space (which is understandable) & they do provide a space heater & a fan, but the bathroom was SWELTERING. It snowed the first day we came in & then it was like 70s out the rest of the weekend so they swapped the heater off. I could very well have just messaged them but we were usually getting around quickly & weren't staying in the unit very long minus sleeping. 2) I left my hair dryer behind because this listing stated they had one for guests to use. There is one provided..but it doesn't work..so that was rough, but I managed! 3) The bed is not very comfortable. Other than that- I swear this space was perfect. Exactly what we needed at a great price. We felt safe, too.

My wife and I and our 2-year old daughter stayed at Susan's place during our visit to see family in Colorado for Thanksgiving. The place was absolutely perfect and had everything we needed, as well as some other above-and-beyond amenities (such as food, drinks, kids' toys, and even a private hot tub!). Jesus and Katya were wonderful hosts! The unit was super clean and the perfect size for my wife and me. The location is great - 20 minutes to Boulder and Golden and only 30 minutes to downtown Denver and Morrison. Quiet area, but close enough to Olde Towne Arvada, Golden, and downtown Denver. Would definitely recommend this place! Great hosts - very proactive with everything and great unit.
