Monthly Rentals in Jasper County

Pictures don't do it justice. Much larger than I expected. Clean, comfortable, and private. Kitchen has microwave, air fryer, coffeemaker, and fridge with freezer. Only things to be aware of: full flight of outdoor stairs. There is no outside light at door so makes it a little hard at night to get key in door.(Thank God for flashlight on phones!) Light switches for interior are not near the entry door, so remember to leave a light on if you'll be back after dark. Responded to all my requests in appropriate time frame. Friendly but not intrusive. Highly recommend!

this place was peaceful beautiful and our host was awesome. I would definitely come back to stay when visiting covington again. so close to Mystic falls vampire diaries which is why we went.

We loved our time at this cottage, particularly the private dock and quiet, peaceful setting. We will definitely look to rebook here anytime we need a quick getaway. We loved being disconnected with no tv. The dog loved swimming in the lake!

This historic cottage was beautifully preserved and decorated. The furnishings were comfortable without taking away from the historic charm. We only stayed overnight and didn’t cook so I can’t remark on how the kitchen was equipped, but it was very nice for our needs. My grandmother owned the Gunn property which is located right next to this property so we felt right at home. My sister and I were visiting regarding family matters so it was very nostalgic. Would definitely stay there again, and I highly recommend it to others.
