Monthly Rentals in James Bay, West Bay

My stay was very positive from start to finish. Jake was immediately responsive whenever I reached out. I had forgotten how to raise and lower the blinds and Jake came over right away to show me. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, right down to the small details. I loved the location, it was walkable to everything downtown and very close to several excellent restaurants. The other bonus is that the condo itself is so quiet. There is no traffic or other external noise at all. I will absolutely stay again.

Had an amazing time. Excellent clean accommodation. Comfortable clean bed! Close to the ocean, downtown Victoria, Beacon Hill park, grocery stores. It was a great second home and would love to stay again. Very clean well equipped kitchen. It was great to have a BBQ Rob and Melinda were excellent hosts!

Excellent location on a beautiful , quiet tree lined street , within a few minutes walking distance from Downtown Victoria ; We stayed in a completely private garden cottage , great layout , kitchen is fully equipped , very comfortable king size bed . A completely private back patio with a lovely surrounding garden , is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. This little place is such a gem. Dianne was very easy to communicate with and very helpful in answering all our questions . She kindly baked brownies for us , they were delicious . We had a very enjoyable stay in Victoria , Dianne’s cottage was certainly a highlight .
