This is the best value accommodation in Brooklyn and Queens. If you commute up North by car regularly you will have to pay the tolls, so getting a EZPass Transponder is essential. You should plan far out if you take MTA. It is also amazing that there is a washer, dryer, and stove that some other Airbnbs restrict or don't have. Street parking is manageable unlike some densly populated parts in the city. Also being by the beach is great.

Noel and Michelle were the most exceptional hosts we have encountered. Extremely responsive, friendly and accommodating. The place was very clean, cute and has a comfy bed. Safe neighborhood and one block to the beach with a walkable boardwalk. Noel and Michelle are incredible people and a pleasure to rent from. Definitely staying again!

Le Cleveland was a lovely place to stay for a couple of months. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable and Pauline and Niji were extremely helpful when responding to queries such as adjusting the temperature of the room. It was the perfect place to come back to after a busy day. The kitchen was well equipped and always clean and tidy, and the bathroom was also kept clean. I appreciated the house rules of no shoes inside which kept it clean and no loud noise after 11pm. The room is pretty quiet although sometimes you can hear infrequent passing traffic outside. The neighbourhood felt quiet and safe and was just a short walk to the nearest J train station and a couple of minutes from the bus stop. Pauline and Niji are amazing hosts and their hospitality was fantastic. Excellent communication. I would definitely recommend this place to someone looking for a room in NYC! 10/10!!
