DON't go to this place… because frankly, I would like him to stay free just for me next time! This Airbnb in Jacó is a real gem. The location is perfect: just 15 minutes walk from the center and the beach, in a super quiet and secure area. And for the lazy ones (like me some days), there are even two bikes available for free — a real luxury! The house is impeccable: ultra clean, it smells good as soon as you walk through the door, and everything is perfectly equipped, nothing missing. The private pool is just an absolute delight to cool off after a day in the Costa Rican sun. The bed? A marvel. I've never slept better on trips. And what about hosts… incredibly available and thoughtful. They respond instantly and are attentive while remaining discreet. It's rare to find such welcoming and professional people. The attention and warm treatment of the hosts was wonderful. The place was spotless and everything looked new, beautifully decorated, comfortable. If there were more than 5 stars, they would earn them. We will definitely be back.

I loved the location! Near numerous restaurants and bars, super close to the beach, very secure and I felt safe. Repair of fan in unit was done extremely fast. Freddy and everyone truly made my stay enjoyable. His staff cleaned the premises and accommodated me with extra towels when I needed them. This is definitely a gem in Jaco!

Our stay was great. The condo complex is located in the heart of Jaco and there is plenty within walking distance. The host met us and gave great information about places to go and how to access the beach. He was very knowledgeable and eager to help. Check in was easy. The condo complex is gated. We did not have time to access the pool, but it looked great too. As others have mentioned, the bathrooms are small, but there are 3 of them. No complaints here - squeeze in. The water pressure was low at times - there must be shared water among the condos. Understandable for a complex like this and at peak Jaco busy season. The kitchen was well stocked and the multiple air conditioners worked great. Thanks for a great stay and wonderful hospitality.

The place is exactly what you see in the pictures :) Clean, cozy, the place stays cool even w/out much use of the a/c ! My daughter and I, appreciated the firm, comfortable mattress. I rented this specific place as I had to work during my stay. I used ethernet as I required and internet speed was great the whole time ;)

Great location, great host.

This place was even better than the photos. Very central to everything in Jaco and while there is good coffee and food all over town there is a great coffee shop right on the ground level. The unit has everything you need if you want to eat every meal at home. Parking is super easy and the security staff are always kind and helpful. The pool is great and the beach is right almost on property. Could not have been happier. The responsiveness of Stan and Philip is immediate and they are available to chat if you have questions. 6 out of 5 stars.

Very good place, location and the host was very attentive to any message

Thomas was an excellent host and very attentive. We appreciated the amenities and the rooftop was one of our favorite spots to catch the sunsets. The condo was comfortable and the balcony has a great view of the ocean and mountains. The washer dryer in the unit was a huge bonus as well as the air conditioner unit providing us with an oasis from the humidity after our adventures. Plan to stay again on our next trip to Jaco

The place is amazing, Los Sueños will always be my favorite, the apartment is very comfortable for the whole family, it has a great location on the first floor in front of the pool, we will definitely be back!

Amazing place to stay with everything you need and very comfortable , felt like home. Pool was beautiful and a very friendly vibe. Secure building with lots of parking. Highly recommend the to stay at this location when in Jaco Beach.

Amazing location and amazing host

We had an amazing time- the pools were incredible for the kids, the beach was beautiful and great for swimming. Will definitely come back again. Great place for medium to large families especially those with small children. Cute cafes and bars within a few minutes of the condo. We had a few minor issues with the appliances/AC and Chris was super responsive and had them sorted immediately.

From all the airbnb I stayed in Jaco that was the best. Its quiet private place near the beach, park, supermarket etc... Wifi was good and I was to remotely with my clients. highly recommended

Awesome location very comfortable space. Came for a quick one night stay but will be back again to stay longer. Brian made check in easy and was super kind - he helped us find & get in touch with a local surfboard shaper we wanted to meet. Best part was that the beach was so close, we could hear the waves all night!

The place is very nice. It met our expectations. It was just as seen in the photos. Close to everything. Swimming pool and other spectacular amenities. With all amenities. Sorin responded quickly and Melissa is always attentive to everything to facilitate our stay. We were able to be with our dog without any inconvenience. Highly recommended
