Beach condo vacation rentals in Jaco

The condo was updated very well. The location was great. The best thing in all was the cohost Josephina who made our stay incredibly great. Always helping with everything to make our stay easy and memorable.

Excellent place, better than we expected, equipped for everything even so you don't lack anything in the kitchen, it is an invaluable plus.

Valeria's beach property was spotless, with a smooth check-in and beautiful, well-furnished spaces. Everything was perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend, would love to come back again!

We stayed at Chantal's house for 3 nights. Clean house, it does have a pool, which is awesome. Close to the beach and city of Jaco. Air conditioning is a bonus. Would stay again.

Amazing stay and outstanding host-Marcela! We arrived with an incredible booklet of things to do, that we had been sent to us. Very thoughtful options and ideas! Condo was squeaky clean and provided generous fruit and drink items to get us started. The view is spectacular. Beach access was private and convenient. Calm beautiful water. Would recommend Marcella and his place, without reservation, to anyone!! We look forward to a return visit.

We were so happy and comfortable at Josephine’s condo. Traveling with young children the condo was perfectly appointed for us. Loved the location on the ground floor as we spent many hours every day at the wonderful pool. The communication was very easy and Josephine was very accommodating. Highly recommend, we will stay again when we return to Costa Rica

Catherine’s condo was perfect! It was so comfortable and relaxing, we had everything we needed and felt right at home. The facet in the kitchen was plugged and someone was there to fix it within a few hours. The building was quiet and the neighbours were friendly. Quick access to the beach and a peaceful pool when we didn’t feel like wrestling the waves. Walking distance to good restaurants and bars. We loved it and would love to come back some time!

Norman is the best host. Very communicative with excellent recommendations for our stay. His place is gorgeous and we would happily stay there again if Costa Rica weren't so far away. Loved our vacation, thank you!

My friends and i stayed here for a Bach trip! It was absolutely perfect! They did have all little ants on the walls, tables, bathrooms, however I believe it’s cause of the area we’re in. Didn’t bother us much. Everything else was perfect! Exactly the way the pictures are shown! Pool was perfect! Relaxing! After the pool, it leads you straight to the beach! Upon returning to the pool area from the beach they have showers for your body to remove the sand! Everything is pretty close and walking distance, Uber is pretty cheap and cost at max like $6 . It was amazing! We felt pretty safe because it is a gated community!! Overall our stay was amazing!

Had a great time. The apartment was spacious with laundry and cooking facilities. The view from the balcony was amazing especially at sunset.Beach chairs and towels were provided which was great. Eric was a responsive host and we would recommend this place to others.

This place is an amazing condo, well furnished, 5th floor with amazing views of the sunset absolutely breathtaking. Completely satisfied with the stay in this magnificent place, Juan Pablo was extraordinary and very helpful, excellent service. The space was cozy and well equipped with plates utensils, pots and coffee machine, which made us feel at home. I do have to warn the guest it is a VERY PRIVATE place high security, and everyone needs an access code to get in including the cab drivers and food deliveries. The way to get a code was through the host which was easy for us because he was always available to help. when we order pizza the young man at the security booth helped us get it deliver. my suggestion is buy want you need before getting to the condo. The cab drivers charge alot. it is 7 miles from the entrance to the top where the condo is located about a 20min drive. the beach is walking distance but a bit of a hike. Condo is well worth it :-)

We loved this condo unit which is a pathway walk to the beach! It is a very special unit that stands alone with two sets of sliding doors to an outdoor living space where we ate several meals and relaxed. The pool is great and it has an in unit Washer dryer which was great to have at this point in our trip. Even though Jaco was not our vibe(too busy and commercial) the condo is gated and safe and we just stayed on the beach there which has many small restaurants to enjoy. The staff at the condo unit were helpful and welcoming. The host was vey responsive.

impeccable apartment, comfortable, super nice, cozy, with all the amenities that are needed, the right pool for the family, close to the beach, the host is very kind and willing to help. My family and friends were very happy to spend our holidays on the beautiful coast.

The place is very comfy! Teh deck is great place to have coffee. Pool is great and very close and we enjoyed the Beach Club access.

Location, location, location! Situated a few minutes walk from the beach, right off the main strip in the center of Jaco. Bars, restaurants, shops, tours, rentals and services are readily available. One wouldn't expect to get these attributes at such an affordable price. The accommodation was cozy and comfortable, and appointed with the necessities. I didn't take advantage of the pool, but saw it was inviting and attractive. Michael, the host, was very quickly responsive and accommodating, and urged I not hesitate to contact him if I needed anything. I give this listing top rating for value and convenience. I will surely stay here again, and I recommend it to friends and fellow airBnB travelers.
