Vacation rentals with beach access in Iž

Really a very nice place to stay with sea right in front of the house. Just perfect. Highly recommended.

It was very easy and convenient to stay here. Host was active and available for any of our needs.

The apartment is the best! Matej and Nena were perfect hosts. The apartment is modernly furnished, clean and just like in the pictures and in reality even bigger than it looks. From the balcony and through the windows of living room and dining table you have a wonderful view of the sea. Although the apartment is in the attic, it is not too hot even in high summer thanks to the air conditioning. Upon our arrival (at 39 degrees!), Nena had already handed over the apartment to us in an air-conditioned manner, which was a treat after the long drive. Also, the fridge was filled with drinks for us and small snacks were ready. We have never experienced such a service before! Laundry detergent, cosmetic products, dishwasher tablets, everything ready! It is a 5 min walk to the beach, by bike you may need 20 min to the old town. Restaurants and supermarkets are right close to the apartment. We can fully recommend this accommodation.

Maja is a wonderful host. She helped us out with eggs when they closed shops. And with a kitchen appliance that we needed for a special dish. The apartment is in a great location, very bright and quiet. Walking along the coastal road in about half an hour, you can reach old town. A nice walk. We had a great time. Thank you!

Nice apartment right next to the beach. Very walkable to the historic center and has a dedicated parking spot! Hosts were easy to communicate with, gave local recommendations, and allowed for an early check-in. Was a great a great base for our stay in Zadar!

The place has a great location, parking is not an issue. Supermarkets are within walking distance and you can walk to the ferry to zadar by the sea. In the apartment, everything is available that is needed, TV only goes to Croatian or you log into your streaming services, then take a TV stick or Chromecast with you. The bathroom is spacious and has space for everything. The beds are super comfortable and the sea in front of the door refreshing. The location is quiet, but there are bars right on the water. Sabine was always very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back

Apartment is small but nice. Located very close to the sea. Nearest swimming beach and also the old town are each 10 minutes walk. Communication is easy and very fast. I will gladly come back.

Milan and the whole family was very helpful and nice to us , the place was very nice as it was right by the sea with an outgoing view, we will definitely be back.

Great, very friendly hosts. We were offered fresh vegetables and honey. Check-in and checkout went smoothly. We even got the option to check in faster. The home is as described and as in the photos, very spacious, quiet neighborhood.

We had a great time throughout the stay. The place is beautiful and clean and located very close to the center. It had all amenities that are mentioned in the description. The place could use better wifi for streaming.

Definitely recommend! The garden and direct access to the sea are a dream, invite you to swim and walk (or who likes jogging) on the water. Everything was very clean and the linens and sofa pillows smelled particularly fresh. Dubravka is warm and straightforward. With the passenger ferry you can visit Zadar and other islands. With the car ferry you can visit national parks on the mainland, but the island also gives you enough options for relaxing, eating out and hiking. You definitely need a car. We had a great holiday!

We had an incredible stay at Goran's place. 😎 Goran is super kind and helpful, with a great personality. The apartment is fully equipped and perfect for a larger group of friends. The beach is just a 3-minute walk from the house. A big highlight of our trip was getting to use Goran's brand new SUPs, which definitely added an extra layer of fun to our trip. 🏄🏽‍♀️ We highly recommend this place to anyone. 🫶🏼

Nice little cottage. Our stay was during the Christmas break and the place was adequately warm with fireplace and heaters provided. Highly recommend!

Great location , close to the sea, sitting on the terrace in the shade of Oleander, we heard a splash of water. Charming, cozy , well-equipped, and ready for our arrival. The host was very friendly, helpful , got us parking - a fee of 60 euros for 2 weeks. Quiet , various restaurants invite you to visit. Shops close to home. We were with 4 people and these 2 weeks passed in a very pleasant atmosphere. We were sad to leave. Even the bells from the nearby church stopped bothering us. We'd love to go back.

Everything was perfect! Agata, her father, Zeljko and his wife were super friendly and always very helpful! Communication was super fast! The house is beautiful, really remote and calm! Perfect if you are looking for an island escape and are not in the mood for other people ;)

We had an amazing stay here. Beds really comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen. We were able to check in early to coincide with our flight. Old town is in walking distance or a short taxi ride. Would definitely coo ok e back again!

The place was nice, with everything we needed. The bed was good, a nice shower and nice to have an airco! The kitchen had everything we needed. On top of that all was the garden super! Specious, quit en has a nice bbq place! Loved it en most definately would come back!

I highly recomand this place. The view from the tarrace is stunning! The kitchen is very well organized, it was a pure pleasure to prepare diner and breakfast here, there is every equipment you need and even more. The beds are comfortable, the whole apartament is very clean. The Island has a lot to offer and a lot of beautiful small beaches are nearby. You don't need to have a car to reach the apartament from a ferry. Altough I recomand to rent bikes and visit far locations. We'll defenitely come back soon :)

The apartment is very well located, there is an amazing view from the balcony, everything is quite new and clean. The host is very responsive and helpful. The village is super cute. I highly recommend.

We had a great time in Mirjana's apartment! Spacious, cozy apartment in a quiet and relaxed location was just right for us. We felt well taken care of and the communication was also very good.

It was perfect - near seaside, perfect apartament and Davor and his wife were very nice. We will come again here.

Highly recommend! Friendly, competent host. Great location - close to a beach, bakery, bus stop. Two markets within walkable distance. Terrific balcony, spectacular view of channel and sunset.

Staying at Kristina's apartment in Bibinje was great. A beachfront home. Contact with Kristina is sensational and immediate. My wife and I were there for a week and it was great. Shops nearby, bars and restaurants. The beach is clean. Hassle-free accommodation and check-in. The apartment was very clean. There was everything you needed and more. A great surprise from host Kristina is delicious pralines and tincture that were waiting for us in the apartment when we arrived. We'll definitely be back!
