Monthly Rentals in Ivanhoe

We had a great time in Marshall! It was a cute, little home that fit 9 women comfortably! There were plenty of beds and a nice living room to hang out. And it was in a good location, safe and walkable to downtown!

This location was probably the most accommodating location I've ever stayed at. There was tons of snacks, and amenities that mad me feel very welcomed! 10/10!

The community of St Leo is small, you could almost throw a rock from one end to the other. There is a Church and Bar, one is open on Sunday and the other isn’t. As Jared explains your nearest Grocery store is a short 10 miles away. But other than the occasional truck passing by, it is quiet and peaceful! And very reasonable! I enjoyed sitting outside and listening to the birds. Cell coverage is spotty at times but he does have high speed internet on site which helps greatly.

Our second time staying here. Will be back!
