Esper can keep the stay prices fair! Vale inform how they already have 2 flights of stairs to reach the apartment but easy staircase! Car 1.0 strives for 👍🏻 a small final climb. It was worth the cost benefit, we'll be back!

Casa de Ana is wonderful! Beautiful, silent, great walking street with no exit. Casa is much more beautiful and organized than in photos. All very clean, and the location is excellent, right in the center, close to everything, you can take several walks on foot and it is super safe. The street of the apartment is a charm, full of shops, bars and restaurants. Certainly the best location to visit the sights of the city. Hosts are always very thoughtful and helpful. When I return to Serra Negra, I would like to stay there again.

Flawless Flat, great rooms, very good air conditioning, kitchen with all the utensils and objects we needed . Swimming pools, sauna , all great. . I and my family like it very much and recommend it.
