The apto is beautiful, huge, very well located, close to everything, a few meters from the Fontana. The rooms are excellent, nice decoration and everything very clean, we found everything we need and we were very well served by Caio and in person by Mr. Luís who was very attentive and polite. I will definitely indicate and if I have the opportunity I will be staying there again.

We were very welcome by Cláudia and Gerson, an apartment with impeccable organization and cleanliness, a beautiful decoration, a wonderful view of the city. The hosts were very helpful gave several tips for city tours, great location very close to the center by car and for the more excited ones on foot as well. Were wonderful days, we will return for sure and we already have our favorite corner in Serra Negra.

The place is very organized, with an incredible view, and is close to the main sights and the city center. This made our tour easier, since virtually everything was just a few minutes away. In addition, the neighborhood is super quiet and friendly, and at night it was a total peace, with no noises to get in the way of rest. It was a wonderful stay!

Renata has a beautiful, super-capricated apartment, in good taste. The gourmet area with barbecue is wonderful and super comfortable. I went to Holambra every day and it was mega easy, ideal for those who are by car. Beautiful, clean, and check in easy. I appreciate the reception, when returning to the region will surely be my hosting option again. PS: Those who have difficulty locomotion, know that there are a few steps to climb to the apartment. But this was not a hindrance to me and my family. Only thanks to Renata for all the affection.

Casa de Ana is wonderful! Beautiful, silent, great walking street with no exit. Casa is much more beautiful and organized than in photos. Everything you need has. bed and bath linens at will, super clean and smelling. market, pharmacy, restaurants, near. screens in all windows, cleaning products at your disposal. Ana is a lovely person, attends everything and very quickly. Amamos!!!

Excellent stay. My family and I had a great experience in Vila Ida. All very clean, and the location is excellent, right in the center, close to everything, you can take several walks on foot and it is super safe. The street of the apartment is a charm, full of shops, bars and restaurants. Certainly the best location to visit the sights of the city. Hosts are always very thoughtful and helpful. When I return to Serra Negra, I would like to stay there again.

Place to rest and disconnect from the hustle and recharge. Taking advantage and detaching from the car,walking through the lake and the squares is very good. No words!

the flat itself is well equipped and super comfortable. I only suggest that they check the possibility of putting a safety net, those who go with a child have to be extra careful, because the sofa is next to the window, another point of suggestion, and put on clothes ( those small wall folders) so that we can dry the pool clothes. There are suggestions and no complaint. Too much, everything is ok. The hotel is good, old and needs maintenance, an example of the elevators. The restaurants have a reasonable service, not so polite staff. The reception are all polite mto, tbm cleaning staff. Clean pools and nice mto. barbecue area mto boa. I will return for sure, I love waters, every year I go, but I had never stayed in the horse.
