Cristiane's apartment surprised us positively. Spacious living room and dormitories, good kitchen, well-functioning internet, big screen tv. Situated in a quiet street and close to everything. It was a very nice stay. I recommend the place and as soon as possible we will be back.

It's perfect, cozy, organized, clean, great garage space, bedrooms, both impeccable bathrooms, spacious and completely fresh living room, as well as host Keila who is super attentive and willing to answer any questions. I highly recommend it, it would come back easily.

All the good previous confirmed. Júlio, very nice people and I recommend! Note that sheets and towels are not provided, an inconvenience for foreign tourists but, Júlio made it easier with a small addition. The building at the top of the hill with beautiful views and sun coming in through the windows! It's like staying in your relatives' apartment without the relatives, 😁everything to make hosting easier. I hope you can keep the prices fair! It is worth mentioning, as they already have, that there are 2 flights of stairs to get to the apartment, but it's an easy staircase! A small car will struggle 👍🏻 a bit on the final climb. It was worth the cost-benefit, we'll be back!

My stay was perfect. The accommodations are even better than in the photos. The location is wonderful, very close to the point of restaurants, pastry shops and bars. Marcela was super attentive, kind and friendly. She even left us a treat. A delicious honey bread. I'm just grateful.

We live wonderful days!! Super indico, more space than expected, all reliable the photos, cleaning and organization note 10, bedding and smelling towels. Very kind Euridice, received us with a box of candy, ice water and a sensational energy. All nearby, clean city and with a lot to know, we already want to go back!!!

Excellent stay. My family and I had a great experience at Vila Ida. Everything is very clean, and the location is excellent, right in the center, close to everything, you can take several walks and it is super safe. The apartment's street is charming, full of shops, bars and restaurants. Certainly the best location to visit the city's sights. The hosts are always very attentive and helpful. When I return to Serra Negra I would like to stay there again.

Isadora is a great host, always responding quickly and very friendly. It was all wonderful!!!!! The apto is the way that is in the photos, renovated and cozy. The condominium is wonderful , receptionists and super friendly and attentive chambermaids. We love and will return again for sure!!!

My wife and I chose In Hausi and the beautiful City of Águas de Lindóia to celebrate our Marriage of Steel, 11 years of marriage. We made a great choice, the structure of the accommodation exempts any kind of comment, simply exceptional! In addition to excellent location, a few steps from the Adhemar de Barros Square and the center. Very charming town with many attractions for the entire family. super recommend it.
