The place was 95% of what we expected. In the beginning of darkness, however, it was not easy to find the small property! However, the landlady responded quickly and proactively and assisted us in our search! The view from the window over the Jisselmeer was excellent, the stairs to the room were okay for us, but older semesters should still be able to climb stairs if they want to live there. Some different restaurants around it, which we didn't expect during the off-season. Lots of nice opportunities to walk around in the best breath. Oh yes, the small savings market should be mentioned, which offers self-suppliers the opportunity to buy everything necessary for self-catering even in the low season. My highlight was the coffee machine, where there were plenty of different pods in the compartment underneath. The common highlight for my wife and I was the bed where we slept very well. There were three of us staying in this apartment for 6 nights, which we liked very much. However, the beds were too soft for us. But it's a matter of taste. The location is great and recommended.

A warm welcome with a delicious cake and homemade jam. It is a beautiful location with a nostalgic atmosphere yet modern amenities. The two restaurants within walking distance serve a copious meal for a good price. Perfect base for beautiful cycling tours through beautiful Friesland.

An enchanting place where you can completely relax. The cottage is cozy, lovingly decorated and surrounded by pure nature - wide fields, quiet waters and an incredible tranquility you rarely find. A perfect retreat for those who just want to unplug. The cottage can be reached with a boat across the river, where you have to say that in strong wind and rain the whole thing is more adventurous. The house is very clean and really equipped with everything. We enjoyed the days here to the fullest and will definitely be back!
