Splendid relaxing stay on top of a hill just above the sea. Family holiday in a private, traditional rustic style,2-storey villa of 160 m2 in a 1250 m2 garden with a 40 m2 swimming pool, ponds, bbq and many different options to sit and enjoy the wonderful view. All the facilities are for the exclusive use up to 6 visitors (+1baby) who enjoy to combine the calm and quiet of nature with the vivid options of the coastal front of Attica. Just an hour from center of Athens and 25 min from Airport.

Seafront penthouse

Our apartment is a newly built seafront penthouse that offers stunning views to the sea and walking distance to the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people and it is perfect for a family/couple. The apartment has an open plan, living room area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine & clothes drayer, and fully equipped bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the bedroom that has a queen size bed and a drawer. The living space opens to a huge seafront veranda.

Enjoy two luxurious, newly-remodeled cave dwellings only two meters from the sea: Cueva de olas and Cueva del pescador! These gorgeous spaces are perfect for discerning honeymooners, couples, or anyone who wants to take a break from the real world -- and from the typical tourist traffic of Santorini. Cueva de olas was originally the residence of a local fisherman; Cueva del pescador was his boat-house. Traditional decor and outstanding hospitably complete this perfect, unique rentals!

Our traditional cycladic house is located on the seafront in the picturesque fishing village of Agios Konstaninos on the North coast of the island. Our home is sitting right on the water's edge. From our veranda you will enjoy breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea and have direct access to the water. You just walk out the front door straight into the sea for snorkeling or swimming. The visitor will distinguish the calm environment as soon as he sets foot in Agios Konstantinos.

Quiet Little House on the Beach

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! The Colourful Land Syrma

The Colourful Land "Syrma" is a partly cave-like boat house, fully transformed on 2022 that offers comfort, relaxation and wonderful view of Western Milos hills. The values of Cycladic architecture combined with a touch of luxury defined the design philosophy. The unified vaulted interior welcomes you with kitchenette, living room and highly eleveted king size bed which are connected with the bathroom. Surraunded by archeological hills and belong to the sea.
