The property was exactly as advertised. The cleaning staff was prompt and thorough. The front desk crew were cheerful and helpful. We had a very good experience here.

The place was beautiful. The specific room we got (428) didn’t have the best bay view which is what we paid for, but the pool, the location, and the food (extra) was amazing. And the property is well maintained. They will need a credit card for a $1 hold and $25 refundable deposit for pool towels if you want them

Fernando’s property met all expectations and more. Tons of great local restaurants, amazing pool, amazing views. Took my wife and son on a nearby fishing charter and was able to catch a cook our lunch at a nearby restaurant. Highly recommend.

A beautiful space that worked well for our group: a family of 4 with small children and two other couples. The unit was spacious with plenty of room to spread out. Two things kept it from being perfect. First, the water in the pool outside the unit was too cold to swim in. ( We were told by another guest that the heater for that pool was broken). It was, however just a short walk to a smaller pool where the water was perfect. Second, the dishwasher malfunctioned and leaked water all over the kitchen floor but Diane arranged for a repair person to come on short notice on Thanksgiving Day. The first of these things was not her fault and the second was repaired so quickly that it was not a problem and just showed how responsive she is to guests’ needs. We would highly recommend.

Perfect place to stay with easy access and a nice pool. Only an hour drive from Key west and overall we would stay here again!

Place was great! Front office staff was very nice and accommodating. Jeanette communicated throughout the process and we very easy to deal with. All in all a great couple of weeks!

This is our second time staying at Luis’ place. It was great. His place has pool noodles, tennis rackets and beach towels which are perfect for enjoying the pool and tennis court at Ocean Pointe. We had a minor issue but Luis was responsive and we ended up being able to flip the circuit breaker ourselves. We would stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful time! We had a small miscommunication when we first arrived and Santiago and I had it worked out almost immediately. His attention was well appreciated. The townhouse is just beautiful and so spacious! We had 7 in our group and never felt on top of each other. The location is perfect. We didn’t have any issues finding chairs by the pool either! The views are lovely and we would certainly come back. Thanks for a wonderful family vacation!

My family enjoyed every minute of our stay in this beautiful place!! It exceeded our expectations and was so much nicer than even the pictures described! It was perfect for our family! We loved the extra special touches that were available to us such as the welcome snacks and the pickleball sets/ activity box, the amazing view, comfortable beds and furniture, stocked kitchen, SMART TV, pool towels, extra security gate, and I could go on and on! This place is WONDERFUL! We can’t wait to come back!! Thank you so much for everything!

This place is incredible - great location, beautiful view, great space, and great amenities. We loved the pool. Just a flag - if someone is staying in the office turned bedroom, it’s fine, but access to the bathrooms with showers are both inside the other bedrooms. There’s no main bathroom accessible from public spaces. Totally fine, but something to consider.

We stayed here for the Thanksgiving week. The place was nice, clean, and quiet. My kids enjoyed the playroom and the pool. The condo had plenty of board games to keep the kids entertained. The Keys have lots to offer, so there is always plenty to do. Donna was very responsive, the check-in was very simple, and we had a great time. Thank you for hosting us.

Andrew’s place was very clean, and he is a very hospitable host! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will be reaching out to him when we come back to the Keys again! I lived in Marathon FL for a long time, and know the keys well. It is rare to find a host as good as Andrew down there! I HIGHLY recommend staying at his place if you’re considering visiting. Great, private Yacht club with a boat ramp/marina, hidden right off the main drag of Key largo.

Clean house with an open layout gave it a much larger feel. House also had great exterior lighting and plenty of parking. Canal had easy access from the bay, had to deal with some of the sea grass that is seasonal but nothing to worry about. Our boat was a 17ft flats boat, plenty of dock space. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a beautiful location walking distance to the beach club which had a pool and small beach area that my kids loved. It was plenty spacious for our family of five. They even helped me surprise my husband for his birthday with some local goodies upon our arrival! I would recommend bringing extra toiletries as paper towels, extra toilet paper, and shampoo/conditioner/bath soap was not provided.

Wow beyond wow! This place had everything we needed and more. We like to rent a house where we can spend most of our time there enjoying family time. The pool and all the games with the game room and infinity table and the dining turned ping pong was amazing. And Eric has everything you could possibly need to feel at home from the bathroom amenities to the kitchen and even having spices and sauces. Kitchen is stocked with even a margarita machine and high end extras like the ninja blender and air fryer. We literally never needed to leave. The sailing kayaks were such a fun amenity as well. So grateful for that! He really thought of it all and we loved our time here so much!!! And he is unbelievably responsive. Had one small issue that was fixed immediately and he gave us a gift card to a local restaurant as an apology. That wasn’t needed but wow so appreciated. You can tell he cares about his guests having a great time and feeling at home. His online guide was so helpful too. Thanks!!!

We absolutely LOVED this house and the city of Marathon as a whole! The house is full of amenities, clean, clutter free, welcoming, comfortable and the list goes on! Downstairs was the perfect hang out for our 19 year old son and his friends - they loved the ping pong table and gym. We loved the bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, pool, etc… ! Guys fished off shore a lot; caught mahi, tarpon and a snook. Fish cleaning station was a plus! We all enjoyed snorkeling at a sand bar near Sunset Grill restaurant! Girls took a day trip to Key West, only an hour away. We went to Islamorada one day (only an hour away) for lunch at Lazy Days and shopping. Enjoyed naps in the hammock! Our best day was when a manatee came by with her sweet baby - unforgettable experience! Lastly, the owners communication leading up to our trip as well as during our stay was over the top and super helpful. We are already planning our next trip back!

Amazing place with wonderful hosts. We really enjoyed our stay and we appreciated all the accommodations! Our family enjoyed fishing at the marina, watching manatees, the pool and the private beach across the street. Excellent hosts with quick responses to all of our questions and requests.

Jessica was very responsive to any issue or question. She had items we requested replaced or delivered while we were away. She even had a shower curtain rod and curtain installed along with additional cookware supplied while we were out for the day. An excellent hostess!! We never knew anyone had been there.
