I lived with Janet and her family for a two-month internship in Durban. The cottage is very nicely furnished, everything was clean and tidy on arrival and there is everything you need. The location was great - beaches and malls are easy to reach, the area is safe even for Europeans and you have a great view over the city. The pool and the small adjoining room are generally shared with the family but mostly I had it all to myself. Janet and her family were extremely friendly, showed me around the town and supported me at all times with questions and concerns. I can more than recommend the cottage at Janet's and am very grateful to have spent the past two months there.
