We truly enjoyed our stay at Little Fox Cabin. The cabin was very clean, organized, well supplied, warm, and comfortable. We loved the location on the lake for ice fishing and cross country skiing. The snowmobile trail was at the end of the driveway, which was also fun to ride! Located between Boulder Junction and Presque Isle the other way! We had a great stay! Thank you MaryBeth and John!

What an adorable log cabin. It was decorated like one would want a cabin to be. The wood burning stove was great to watch as it made it nice and toasty inside. It had all the amenities you would expect and the master bed, which seemed bigger than a standard king, was super comfy. A great place to stay and get away.

Beautiful cabin right on the water. You can hear the waves from the front door. Easy to warm when you go during colder months (would recommend). Well stocked. And the walk down to the beach was easy and clear. Host was amazing. Made sure the space and path was as cleared as possible since we got in during cold/winter weather. Also Tom brought us pans when we needed some, which was thoughtful. Lots of beautiful trails and waterfalls nearby. Would absolutely recommend.

We know this part of the northwoods well and the cottage on High Lake has everything you need and is a conveniently located in the heart of some of the best paddling, hiking, and skiing spots. The fireplace and the sunrises were the best, we will definitely be coming back.

We had a great stay. Things were very clean and comfortable. This is clearly a well-loved family cabin with a history, and we appreciated getting to stay here. We cross-country skied at Mecca on the way up and at ABR and Wolverine on Saturday and Sunday. The cabin was very convenient for trail access.
