Monthly Rentals in Inwood, Manhattan

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lisa and Patrick’s air bnb. It was exactly as pictured and very well appointed. There was lots of storage space. The kitchen had new appliances and was well stocked w condiments and supplies so that you could start cooking right away. The bed was very comfortable. This apartment is within easy walking distance of New York-Presbyterian/Allan Hospital which worked out great for us. Also within easy walking distance is a Target, Planet Fitness and Applebee’s. Both Lisa and Patrick were super responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this property!

Lee’s one bedroom apartment was amazing. This truly helped me relax into my internship trip & I had a really great NYC experience!! The A train was only 3 blocks down and got me to midtown in only 30 minutes! Plenty of restaurants and things to do in the area. There was a laundry unit in the building which was a plus. I also liked the outdoor patio inside the place too! Inwood is a very safe neighborhood and I had no problems or issues walking around late at night. If I had to come back to NYC for another internship, I’d definitely stay here again!!

Great, spacious one-bedroom on the northern tip of Manhattan. The apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay: exceptionally well-equipped kitchen, lots of closet room, comfortable bed. It was beautifully cleaned when I arrived. Laundry is easy to do in the basement (elevator building). Inwood is surrounded and/or nearby very cool parks, including the Cloisters. The apartment is easily accessed by its side entrance so transferring my belongings was easy. I was able to park my car on the side street on alternate parking days- it's a thing in NYC. It's an easy getaway location for points north if you get bored of the city (ha!). It is about a 10 minute walk to 2 separate train lines (or the express bus), and a good 30-40 minute ride to mid-town. Although right on Seaman Avenue, it was a very quiet location, and in a very peaceful section of the city. Rob was always very responsive when I had any questions. Altogether a great place to stay in the city.

It was a great stay, all according to the photos available, nearby subway station, I felt very comfortable in the apartment, super-equipped and new kitchen, really great for long stay. Ample apartment, comfortable I'll definitely stay there when I return to New York
