It’s our third time staying here and love the property.

Our location was perfect for exploring the area. We were close by state parks and the gulf. We were able to find good restaurants and experienced great food. Michelle responded quickly to our questions and made our stay very enjoyable.

This place is incredible! From the minute you walk in the views are breathtaking! All the amenities needed to basically….never leave :) Being on the lake was very peaceful and you felt right at home. The bed was very comfortable and sheets super soft. Lots of extras provided to make your stay extremely enjoyable. We loved the space and chilly nights with a bonfire on the beach. We took the boat and my husband caught a lot of fish too. A lot of upgrades and care have been invested in this property as well. We can’t wait to go back and stay again. Great deli around the corner and love Eaton’s Beach restaurant. Trust me when I tell you look no further….you have arrived! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

House was fully stocked with all the amenities and Lisa was wonderful! We were in town for our son’s basketball tournament so there were some long days. After cooking our last meal of the weekend, I was pleasantly surprised to read the note that said not to worry about filling the dishwasher before checking out, they would take care of that and to just enjoy the stay! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. If we ever need to stay in the area again, this house will be our first choice.

Fantastic place to stay for a month! Kitchen had everything you need. Washer and dryer were in great condition. Good wifi for working. Bathrooms well stocked with towels etc. We highly recommend!

This property has everything we needed and more! The location has an amazing view for both sunrise and sunset. There is plenty of space to enjoy as a group and also to find a quiet spot for some alone time! I will definitely be back!

Thad was responsive through email. He sent me video on how to use the smart lock which was very helpful since I’ve never used one! We had a change in plans and got an extra night stay with no problem. The photos are exactly as the house is. It’s a very nice home and the books he had for us to look at about the home and the area were helpful with alittle comedy too. I’d stay there again the area was very nice and we felt safe with no problem!

The house was very nice and we had a nice stay. Sadly we were in Ocala for my Mothers funeral however every time we returned to the AirBNB we felt like we were coming home instead of just an old hotel. The rooms were spacious and we felt comfortable. This host is great. I have two criticisms for you to look at and I never complained to our host and I’m still not but the floors were kind of dirty and dusty when we got there and I don’t think the hot water heater is on the right setting. It was hard to get hot water in the showers and also the kitchen sink is backwards as far as the cold and hot….thats totally it. The house is really nice and there wasn’t anything missing that we needed as far as kitchen, laundry, or bathroom necessities. Thank you!!!

This is a great place to stay - we hope we will be able to stay here again next year. Everything is very clean and the house is very well stocked. Everything is clearly marked & Marc is extremely easy to work with. The house is in a great location - easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The only minor complaint I would have is with the sectional in the living room is well used and not as comfortable as the new furniture in the lanai. We would have used the lanai, but it was too cold while we were there. Of course Marc can't control the weather - if he could have I am sure he would have as everything else was perfect!!
