We weren’t actually able to stay here because of power issues that occurred a day prior to our stay. However, Hannah was very helpful and considerate of this. She worked with us to get a refund on our stay. I would love to come back and stay here on a later visit to Scotland and recommend others do the same.

What a truly stunning place to stay! The cottage was immaculate, thoughtfully equipped with everything needed to prepare a delicious meal, and offered the perfect spot to relax in the cosy living room while enjoying breathtaking views of the Loch. We were lucky to experience a mix of snowy walks and well-maintained roads, allowing us to explore the area’s many treasures, including a memorable hike in Balmacara. Yvonne was an exceptional host, providing clear and helpful instructions for entry and tips on local amenities. This is an absolute must-stay destination—thank you for a wonderful experience!

We stayed for 4 nights. Skye is incredible. So much to see and do. Beautiful scenery and walks. John’s place is ideally situated to make the most of exploring. It is clean, comfy, light and spacious, has great views and within reach of well stocked supermarkets and places to eat. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
