Places to stay in Indianola

We had a wonderful stay at Alexander's! Sparkling clean, well -appointed kitchen, and gorgeous view of downtown Des Moines. Alexander was quick to respond to questions and was flexible with our check-in time which we really appreciated. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Eon's place is even better than the photos. One thing we like but dont think about much is having a TV in the bedrooms, in addition to the main living area. Eon's place has those kind of convenient extras that make it a warm and welcoming place. It was also nice to have parking so close to the entrance! The beds were comfy; I kinda felt like Goldilocks, deciding what bed would be most comfortable...only they all were comfy! It was also nice to have a variety of treats on the table upon arriving. Thanks, Eon! Your Airbnb is perfect!

It was everything that I could have asked for. The town is great and everything is walkable. Everyone that I met was amazingly friendly. The apartment was very clean and new. The closets were huge. The only downside that I ran into is lack of a dresser. There is a space for that type of clothing, but it is limited. The view is one of a kind and I can't think of anything that they didn't think of from coffee, to filters and all kitchen amenities that you could ever ask for.

We really enjoyed our stay. This AIRBNB was spacious, inviting, comfortable, cute, and clean! This AIRBNB didn’t feel cramped or like it was just a tiny part of a house turned into an AIRBNB space. Instead it felt like a full, nice and roomy and spread out one-bedroom apartment. We had everything we needed to cook, relax, and enjoy our weekend away without our kids. Close proximity to downtown, restaurants, parks, and the bike paths we explored. Bed was very comfortable. Deck has lovely views towards downtown day and night. Parking space designated on property, so no need to worry about finding street parking or playing for parking. We would recommend Dillon’s place to anyone needing a place in/near Des Moines.

10/10 would stay again! Perfect for seeing shows at Wooly's which is two blocks away. A really nice quick overnight stay. Jesse was flexible with extending our check out time which was greatly appreciated being in Des Moines for a show and being there less than 24 hours.

I stayed at Midwest’s Airbnb as transitioning housing until I found something more semi-permanent as a traveling healthcare worker. It was such a relief (after walking through other properties in Des Moines) to come across this place in West Des Moines! It was clean, spacious, in a fantastic location, and wonderful communication and hospitality given by the host. The deck and garage are an added bonus. Extremely safe location with easy access to downtown. I will definitely be staying again when my family visits!

The cozy house was perfect for our weekend in Des Moines! It was easy to find and in a very quiet neighborhood! It wasn't far from some great restaurants! The house was clean and we felt right at home!

This is a great house. Very clean and has everything we needed while we visited family in the area. Menika was quick to respond and a great host. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a terrific stay! Good location in downtown Des Moines, loved having private garage parking. Entry from inside garage - there is a 1/2 bath off the kitchen/family room. Bedrooms are large and all upstairs for privacy. Very nice bath attached to each with Master bath having double sinks! Large laundry room with full size washer/dryer. The private outdoor 3rd floor deck is a great space with a frig and sink up on that level. Nice outdoor furniture on the outdoor deck - Everything clean, clean, clean with very nice basic kitchen utensils, and equipment. My MIL suggested a bench or chair in the front bedroom so you don’t have to sit on the bed to put shoes on. At 99yo that was her only comment - did the stairs like a champ and appreciated the lights on the staircase. It was very comfortable to stay at this air b&b!
