Vacation rentals with a pool in Indian River Shores

Very large house, clean, comfy beds, they could use another chair in tv room. All in all very nice visit. nice neighborhood, easy drive to beach.

Gabriela's home was the perfect home base for our trip to Sebastian/Vero. It's very clean and has great outdoor space! Our kids loved the game room and the selection of boogie boards, beach toys & towels. We also loved the two distinct living rooms (kids could hang in one, adults in the other) and tons of extra blankets in closets. It's a quick 5 min drive to get Groceries and just a bit further to the beach. We had a minor issue with the pool heater and Gabriela was super responsive and quick to resolve. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the property for a month. Pictures are accurate, with some wear not seen but no deal breakers. Ideal layout as master on one end of home and guest rooms on the other. Heated pool was a great addition. Nicole was very responsive to questions and requests. We would stay again and would recommend.

We enjoyed a prolonged escape from Winter here. The location was great, and easy to get around from. The birds and wildlife on the lake behind were fun to watch (and listen to!). The pool was great and well cared for (though a little cool, but that was due to the weather!). The house was very clean, though the carpet in the front room could do with a steam clean. There were a couple of teething issues on check-in, but the host was super responsive and dealt with everything very quickly and thoroughly. A couple of bits of updated outdoor furniture would help with filling out the amenities

Overall a great place to stay even if just for the patio! Our stay was for 2 weeks in February. It actually was warm enough (80°) for a quick dip in the pool. -Bed was incredibly comfortable…and I am super picky about mattresses! And pillows! We both slept really well. -Very clean -Bathroom - shower appears small but actually quite roomy. -Extremely well stocked kitchen. -Very quiet neighborhood - my husband was able to work on the patio, also great neighborhood for walking -Patio - great covered area as well as area for sun. Pool is super clean. -Close to shopping - grocery store less than 5 min away -So many extras are supplied…toilet paper, coffee pods, trash bags, cleaners, pool towels, and more We may make this an annual trip!

House was great. Easy checkin:checkout. Didn’t use the pool due to cool weather but it looked nice and clean. Neighborhood was quiet. Price was good, would stay here again.

This house was perfect for me and my family on our vacation. It was very clean and cozy. We felt right at home!

We had a wonderful stay at Vero Beach! The house had everything we needed and was a short drive to the beaches and restaurants. The screened in porch area was wonderful for eating meals and spending time outside in the warm weather. We loved the pool and especially appreciated the toddler pool gate since we had two little ones with us. We hope to visit again!

I loved the condo! I was able to work and enjoy Fort Pierce. The people were kind and the gated community felt safe and welcoming.

Lovely spacious apartment, clean with good quality fixtures & fittings. Great location with a private gate straight onto the beach very close to the pier. The on site pool was wonderful. Excellent communication from the owners and really friendly on site maintenance guys. It was a wonderful trip & did not want to leave!

Monica was very responsive and even helped us rearrange our dates to the best of her ability when we had some other events come up that interfered with our stay. The view is absolutely beautiful and the property is very nice and quiet. We loved being on the top floor! The set up was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen was fully equipped for what we needed (normally we have to go buy a vegetable peeler). The kids loved going from the pool to the hot tub. We met a few of the locals and they were very nice and welcoming. We’d absolutely stay again on our next trip down to Cocoa beach! Thank you so much Monica for allowing us to rent your property!

Great location! We were able to walk to beach, visit family before checking in for a cruise. The condo was clean, and looked like described! Would rent it again!!

This review is for the beach getaway in cocoa beach. Natalie is a superior host and amazingly responsive to any needs. This unit has great beach access, is conveniently located to Cocoa Beach and surrounding areas and is well appointed for short or long term stay. Perfect in every way.

We absolutely LOVED Emma’s place!! It was so easy to find and get into, even in the dark. Everything we needed was available and the space was easy to keep clean and organized, even with 4 kids. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by, our favorite was Mexico’s Grill along with the candy shop right next door to it. We loved having the pool right out back, and the ocean was so quick and easy to get to. Lots of beach/water toys to keep the kids entertained! Even though I don’t have babies anymore, I appreciated seeing a crib and highchair, and we definitely liked the plastic dishes! We rented wetsuits at Cocoa Beach Surf Company to help with the cold ocean since we visited in January. We shark fished with Fired Up Fishing Charters, went to Golf and Gator for mini golfing, go-carting, and holding/feeding the alligators, and hit Disney World. @giselamphotography took our family pictures on the beach and did a fantastic job with unique pictures. I would 1000% stay here again!!!
