Vacation rentals with a pool in Indialantic

we loved our stay here. the home is even bigger than it looks. the rooms were all impeccably clean. absolutely beautiful! the kitchen/living room space is huge and we were able to host our family holiday dinner with space to spare. I would definitely book this again when I go back to Melbourne to visit my daughter.

We had a wonderful stay at Naomi’s place. It was spacious, clean and met all of our expectations. I am very pleased with the whole experience!

this place was awesome. we have stayed at other airbnb's and this place went over and above. fully stocked kitchen (trash bags, paper towels....etc) and bathrooms with planty of towels. lots of extras. we highly recommend this home away from home.

We absolutely loved staying here! The house was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed! Even things we didn’t think we’d need were there! Highly recommend staying here!

Great little stay over for us. Jordan was great guy.

We enjoyed the stay and the community cupboard where most spices needed, were left behind. We added to it and were happy to see coffee and filters and k cups waiting for us. I was able to make big family meals and enjoy some family time. (something that we don't have time for at home) The pool was perfectly warmed and the host was awesome.

The place was as described, and the location is incredible. You can see the beach from the balcony and it is literally a 200 yard walk to the ocean. Pool area was clean. I can’t say enough about Robert and the staff Sea and Sun. Anything we needed. they were fast to respond and make sure we had it. Highly recommend. Only two criticisms, label the dishwasher pods vs. laundry pods and better pillows.

Monica was very responsive and even helped us rearrange our dates to the best of her ability when we had some other events come up that interfered with our stay. The view is absolutely beautiful and the property is very nice and quiet. We loved being on the top floor! The set up was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen was fully equipped for what we needed (normally we have to go buy a vegetable peeler). The kids loved going from the pool to the hot tub. We met a few of the locals and they were very nice and welcoming. We’d absolutely stay again on our next trip down to Cocoa beach! Thank you so much Monica for allowing us to rent your property!

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The facilities were as expected and the staff were supper helpful with any questions we had. It was quiet and extremely relaxing. We could easily find our own spot on the beach with tourists season ending and the local kids being back in school. We hope to return in the years to come!

We enjoyed our stay at Jean’s place. It had everything we needed for a long weekend stay at the beach - away from the cold mid-west winter weather. Clean & cozy. Will definitely stay again if we’re ever back in the Cocoa Beach area. Bonus-we got to see a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral during our stay. Thank you Jean for being a terrific host!

I’ve stayed in a half dozen units in this building. Michael’s unit was very well appointed. And clean. The location is super convenient to down town and Florida Tech. My wife and I used This as a home base while moving daughter into her apartment. Much more Comfortable than a hotel.

Wonderful place to stay! The view from the room is amazing. The sliding door/wall made the view even better. We saw dolphins right from our room! You can’t get closer to the beach. The heated pool was kept a good temperature. We were able to swim most days and we stayed after Christmas into January. The whole property was very clean and the staff were helpful. The kitchen was set up well to make homemade meals. The location was great, especially if you have a car. We were able to go to many places within 1-1.5hours in either direction (Wekiwa Springs, airboat ride at Wild Florida, Brevard Zoo, Florida Tech Botanical Gardens, other free parks close by). Would love to come back!

The location was great. The place was great. First floor was great for kids we could walk right out to pool and beach and grassy area without using elevator or steps. We would stay there again.

Michelle's comfy, clean condo was perfect for me. Walkable to downtown and straight shot to beaches and Indialantic spots. She quickly responded to questions, proactively reached out to check that everything was ok. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
