When traveling to Yuma, do yourself and loved ones a favor and stay at this property! The spacious home is in a super safe neighborhood, it is immaculately maintained, has a pool, a great kitchen and plenty of charm. We had a great time and will return!!

It’s spacious, clean, private, quiet, comfortable, centrally located, easy to find, has multiple private parking spaces, and feels like a home that is loved. Sandra made the whole experience as easy and as enjoyable as possible! 10/10 will stay again.

The Spanish Villa is fantastic! Spacious living quarters with private bathrooms and a wonderful kitchen! All the amenities and a great pool with privacy! The Host is extremely attentive, responsive and flexible, if needed. Super home! Our 3rd year and we'll be back! RRG

House was very clean, and neighborhood was safe.

Location was great. Close to downtown, restaurants, great parking, quite neighborhood, secure. Well stocked kitchen, great backyard for relaxing and pets. Would definitely stay again

We loved this house and felt right at home. My family traveled to the area to spend Christmas with family. Karla was very responsive. We didn't need anything for our stay because the house had a well equipped kitchen, and every thing we needed to host our small family Christmas. It was a little too cold to use the pool this time, but my family is already discussing our next visit and would love to stay here again.
