Casey was fantastic! They responded quickly, were super helpful, and the place was exactly as shown in the photos. The noise from the nearby club wasn’t an issue at all. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautifully decorated. I stayed there close to 2 months. When I first got there the smoke detector chirped. I called Cinthya and she had her handy man there within minutes to fix the issue. It isnt in the most desirable area, however, it was a short drive to base and close to the main part of town. She was a nice host and very responsive. The bed was very firm making it hard to get comfortable at night, but some may prefer that. Also, the neighbors own a rooster so sleeping was a real struggle for me during my stay there. However, I had no other major issues.

Be mindful of the lack of latching gate to the pool if you have young children! We just blocked the sliding door (this is the room with two beds unfortunately) and pretended the back yard didn’t exist with our kiddos. But this would be a problem in the summer. Otherwise we had a very nice stay and appreciated having everything we could need stocked at the home, from plastic plates and laundry supplies, to netflix and extra cozy blankets.

Place was better than described, had cooking utensils, towels and a lot more than was listed. place was pretty private and calm all day! host was extra helpful when needed and internet was fast as well. totally worth the price.

I always look to see if this specific place is open when I am booking to visit my fiancé! We love it so much, it’s perfect for 1-2 people and has everything we need. The hosts are always very quick to respond and are there if we ever need anything! Can’t recommend enough🫶

This house was everything we believed it would be. It was clean, large, and very comfortable. Our first night we had a problem with the kitchen sink/disposal, but Maria had a guy out there the very next morning who fixed it quickly. I would highly recommend this house, and will use it again next time we are in Yuma if it is available.

When traveling to Yuma, do yourself and loved ones a favor and stay at this property! The spacious home is in a super safe neighborhood, it is immaculately maintained, has a pool, a great kitchen and plenty of charm. We had a great time and will return!!

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights while we were in town for the dog show. The house was great! Plenty of room to park 2 vehicles (1 was a large van) and it was great to have a small yard to let the dogs out - I was worried that the fence might not be great for my larger dogs, it's not very high and there is a wall they can hop up on right next to the fence - but since the neighbors were so quiet, the dogs didn't bother trying to get over the fences. The house was exactly as pictured and very spacious and clean! We did notice a bad smell coming from the house next door - the host assured me that they were aware of it and had been attempting to help the elderly person that lived there (we never saw the person, nor heard anything)...and thankfully the smell was ONLY noticeable right at the front door, not in the backyard or the house at all. We would definitely return to this property again!!!

Great place to stay in sunny Yuma. Both hosts were friendly and responsive. House was clean and easy to get to. So much space! Totally matched the description. Centrally located with access to stores, restaurants, and gas stations. Kris was so friendly at check in. Incredibly helpful with all the questions I had about the house and town. The house was homie and comfortable and clean. Had everything I needed and more. Instructions were clear and precise. I’d recommend and stay every time I come into town!!

This house was very peaceful, had lots of room for everyone to gather and spend time together. The pool and backyard area was amazing. We loved the grill and were able to throw the football in the grassy area with the kids, plus the table tennis was a huge hit. The beds are extremely comfortable. There were seven people staying in the house and everyone had a great time. This is an amazing house and perfect place to spend quality time together as a group.

We spent three very comfortable nights in this very clean, fresh and roomy condo. The neighborhood grounds are beautiful and parking is close to the unit.

Both host were absolutely wonderful. Responsive, super helpful, and really do give 24hr care. The place was perfect and very secure for my little family. I 100% recommend this place and hosts!
