Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Ilwaco

Great location and nice to have a place close to downtown as able to walk everywhere. Private deck was great overlooking the river and nice sunrise to start the day.

We had a lovely stay. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. We loved the hot tub and the short walk to the beach. Communication was fantastic. The only drawbacks for us were that the fireplace wasn’t functional while we were there and the mattresses were incredibly soft. Like lay down and feel like you might roll off soft. We didn’t sleep super well on them unfortunately, but if not for that issue, we would book here again.

Place worked Great for our holiday getaway!

We loved the house. Exactly what we were looking for. Amazing view and flowers in the yard and all the outside sitting areas. Very peaceful neighborhood. We could hear the family close by playing in the yard. The neighbors were very friendly. All the rooms were filled with interesting books and pictures. We were able to sit and read and listen to the radio. Best local radio station playing 70’s 80’s and 90’s music and keeping us informed of local events. We highly recommend Susan’s house 😊

Had a wonderful weekend with family. Perfect location. Right on the Prom, yet quiet and peaceful. A quick walk to shopping and restaurants. We appreciated the outdoor space. Loved that it was pet friendly. Loved the well-stocked chef’s kitchen.

We loved our stay at the cozy cottage. It is so charming and we loved all the details that the hosts put in place. It really felt well put together with guests needs well met and additional details that led to a comfortable and lovely stay. It is comfortable, you have everything you need, there is great water pressure in the shower and a functional kitchen. It felt like the temperature could be well controlled and we love the upper bunk room. We really appreciated the ease of check out as well. I was so impressed with the cohesive decor inside, like matching soaps with containers in the shower and kitchen. Wonderful family memories were made here. We loved it.

Very clean , good furniture. She had pictures of where to go and how to get in. which I really like and is so helpful getting into a new place. Good bed , great pillows. Bathroom was very clean and shower was very good.. Have nothing negative to say about Sheila's place .

My boyfriend and I stayed at Kathleen's listing for our anniversary. Overall we did enjoy our stay. There was a lot to do within driving distance. We enjoyed the bars/restaurants within walking distance especially! The space was clean and well taken care of. We loved the heating units in apartment. It kept the space nice and cozy the whole time we were there. There was a small issue of lighting in the kitchen area. Kathleen was very apologetic and offered to come replace the bulbs. We declined since we were out for most of the trip. The light from the bathroom and bedroom were enough! The bed was listed as a queen, but it felt more like a full. Our sleep was so-so. As stated in the listing, the stairs leading up to the apartment are steep. The railing chosen was skinny, making it feel kind of unsafe. Especially going down. Minus those things, I WOULD recommend Kathleen's space to everyone! It's quaint and close to everything in Astoria. Thank you for letting us stay, Kathleen!

Diane and Dave were fantastic host. They had a on site property manager that was so helpful and also available for anything we needed. The apartment was better than we expected. It was beautiful with all the thoughtful amenities, and a short walk down the trail to the beautiful ocean. I would enthusiastically recommend this space. Long Beach is a fantastic little town. Lots to do like biking, hiking, shopping, horseback riding, great restaurants and if you had kids, lots to keep them entertained. Our apartment had kites, beach chairs, beach toys, they've thought of everything. They have a laundry on site. We stayed six weeks while we waited to close on our home purchase. Diane even welcomed our pets! It worked out so well. It was bittersweet to leave. Thank you Diane, Dave and Janet!

Great place to stay. Had a great time while visiting Cannon Beach. Really good restaurants in walking distance. Will definitely visit again.

This is our second time escaping to Sheryl and Floyd's place, and we couldn't have had a better time. So lovely.

The condo is lovely and spotless. Getting to it from the parking garage is also easy. We loved the condo but didn’t love the sales pitch for their timeshare at the concierge during check-in. Also the pool and hot tub was super busy and not appealing. We enjoy more private places usually so this may be your thing if you are into cruise ship type of vacations.

Andrea's place was absolutely perfect for us. Nice and big, very clean, and my daughter loved the complimentary breakfast she provided. All the linens smelled so good, there were plenty of everything, towels, blankets, etc. Was a great safe location. Was perfect!!
