Waterfront vacation rentals in Iloilo City

We stayed for 3 weeks. Appartment is large and equiped with everything you need. Netflix, tv, wifi, kitchen,... Short walk to supermarket and mall. Many restaurants and bars on other side of the river. You can have walk along riverside or take taxi aprox 60php. Apartment is in quiet area but close to everything. Host were very helpful and I strongly recommend this place.

For those who are taking licensure examinations, and have John B. Lacson - Arevalo as their designated testing center, this is really a convenient place to stay at. It is just beside the aforementioned school. The unit we occupied was really spacious and clean, and quiet. It was perfect for studying/reviewing sessions. The host and the caretaker were also very helpful, and there is a 7/11 just outside the building.

Tm’s place is a great find specially for those who intend to stay away from city life and surrounding themselves with nature and serene/calm surrounding. Her place is exactly what’s advertised. You don’t only get a place to stay but you get chauffeured around by TM’s brother who has a lot of stories to tell. I’ll definitely book again if ever I’m in town. Thanks TM

Host was very responsive, before and during our stay. Place is near commercial establishments, and very convenient. Complete kitchenware provided. Clean linen as well. Quiet place, and very comfortable. Anticipate for 10-15mins check in process. Worth trying is the Esplanade park right across, for a morning or sunset walk.

Perfect for family stay, close to the city and have great amenities. Special thanks to Ms. Evangeline for accomodating us. Looking forward to stay with your apartment again.

The place is very cozy, clean, convenient, and accessible to various establishments in the heart of Iloilo. Rhea Mae is also very prompt in responding to messages. I will book this place whenever I return to Iloilo.

The water from the shower smelled pretty bad but otherwise a great stay.
