Kind, knowledgable host. When there was a problem with the air conditioning he had it fixed right away. We were very happy with the place and his responsiveness.

The place is peaceful at night, nature vibes , clean , host is friendly. If you plan to book this Airbnb I highly recommend to rent scooter so you can drive around. Near to Biking Public Beach free entrance and underrated. The owner have cats free hug for them. Budget friendly Accommodation .

The place is comfy except the sound of the AC. But everything is ok.

It was really unfortunate that we only stayed one day. It's so clean and well-equipped with the necessary items, and the host is especially kind from check-in to check-out. They even helped me enter the nearby beach, and the response was quick, so I had a really good rest in a cozy space without any inconvenience. I definitely want to visit again next time. If people around me say that they're going to Seb, it's an accommodation that I really want to recommend. I felt that the accommodation run by Koreans was indeed different. I really recommend it!!!

Lovely place, birthday well spent as the house is very homey and is capable to Host large group. You get to interact with the pawikans as well as they linger in the beach premises.

My family and I had the most incredible and wonderful stay with Peter and Rowena! Their house, garden, and location and most importantly their wonderful hospitality and friendship made us have the most amazing time ever! The house and garden and location is magic, right next to the most amazing snorkeling with a reef right in front of their house. The house is so beautiful with all the rooms and facilities you need and the garden and pool is incredible with views over the ocean and jungle that is a dream come true. Peter and Rowena are the most amazing hosts you can imagine. We had such an incredible time with them. We had so many wonderful conversations about life, received incredible advice and ideas about all the incredible things you can see and visit in Panglao. Not to mention the most cute and incredible doggies!! We can highly highly recommend you to stay!!! kind regards Marc and Family

Incredible property that didn't disappoint. Spacious with an unmatched view, very responsive and friendly hosts. Not much for restaurants around so you will have to travel if wanting to eat out but it's located near the middle of the island so great access to the mountains and experiences. lots of fisherman right on front of the house so you can go down and try some sea urchin! You will probably want to rent motorbikes as van rentals are pricey in that area and not sure how readily available Grab is. Can also your tricycles from Pangloa if you are a family.

I love everything about my stay at Evangeline’s place - It’s above 5 Stars. We felt at home during my stay , the staff’s( Lezel, Arlene and all others ) services were above and beyond - they were always assisting whenever you need help -very warm and friendly people. The house is so clean and, spotless. The house is located by the beach, so you can hear the sound of the waves that provide so much serenity especially at night- super romantic ! My whole family really had so much fun during their stay . Since we were not familiar at the location, the Host was very helpful assisting whatever we needed by referring us ( Massage , Private Chef - the best cook , and others )! We absolutely loved our stay here, especially the working stations. You can choose the perfect spot to set up your laptop, making it ideal for anyone working remotely. As a virtual assistant, I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful and productive environment. Sunsets and the skyline is just stunning! Although we didn't fully enjoy staying on the balcony because of the weather, everything else made up for it. Sadly, we couldn't enjoy the pool since it was under maintenance, but hopefully, we’ll get a chance to next time. Overall, we had a fantastic stay, and we’re grateful to the host for making our time here so peaceful and enjoyable. We’d definitely love to come back to this beautiful place!

Out host Gemma is very responsive and accomodating. The place was great with clean accomdation with enough utensils for our cooking needs. The amout we paid for 3 nights stay (there was 4 of us) was not bad. I highly recommed this place or will stay again in the near future. Best location if your planning to join the CCM(cebu city marathon)

The place is peaceful and we love that the unit is in the ground flr. The balcony is facing the pool so we enjoyed hanging out there. It is also very convenient when we had food delivered coz we didn't need to step out to get the orders. The riders just handed them to us at our balcony. The place has everything described and has all the necessities. The bed is very comfy, sheets and towels were fresh. The host was very responsive and gave clear instructions. We actually booked his place twice and will definitely stay at his place again. We had a wonderful and restful stay. Oh and there's a 7/11 right at the main entrance of the property. Wet market is also very close where we got our fresh fish, meat, and vegetables. There's also a sari-sari store across from the entrance that also sells cooked food (carenderia). Pharmacies and bakeries are also close. You can drive there and park at 7/11 or you can take a tricycle. The location is great and the place is wonderful!

Had an amazing stay at this condo! The unit was clean, well-furnished, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, malls, and public transport. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend!

The balcony has a nice view, and the place was clean and well-maintained. The internet was stable, and having Netflix access was a nice touch. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. I relied on Grab for food and rides, which worked well. Overall, I had a good stay.

Very nice place to stay. All the amenities are perfect. Stores and eateries are very close by. Room was very comfortable.
