Vacation rentals with breakfast in Iloilo City

Thank you Anna and tita Emily for hospitality and making our family comfortable like we are at our home. For us Residancia 50 is great find and we thought we got a lot more than what we paid for. Also we could communicate and ask every question we wanted to know, host's responsiveness is par with quality of the accommodation.

The place is comfortable because it's spacious and clean. The staff are all friendly and accommodating.

I had a short but pleasant stay at this 1-bedroom apartment in Avida. The space was clean and had a homey feel, making it a comfortable retreat after a long day. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen was well-equipped and included a bar, which was a nice touch for quick meals or a casual drink. Although I only stayed one night, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and will definitely book this apartment again on my next trip to Iloilo.

I consider my home in Iloilo . Perfect location . People are nice and friendly . Love to stay there so I’ll see you gain next month .

Staying at Anj's place at Balai Lawaan was such a respite for the soul. It's easily accessible via Grab or taxi-- a little further away from the city center, but worth the extra few minutes of travel. We slept so soundly each night, it was actually hard to wake up! Slow mornings with a hearty balanced breakfast on the garden terrace, basking in the morning sun, and the having coffee while taking in the calming sound of wind chimes in the garden-- such a slice of paradise. Anj was an amazing host and her staff was truly very warm. Looking forward to our next stay at Balai Lawaan-- the reviews were right, it's truly a home away from home.
