Monthly Rentals in Il Piazzo

A lovely base for our first two nights visiting Lake Como. The apartment is exactly a described. Everything in Bellano is walking distance, with a great choice of places to eat. Giovanni was super responsive, especially as our train was delayed so we arrived later than planned. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quieter pace on your visit to Lake Como.

We had a pleasant stay at the casa di Mathilde with our two young children. The cottage was lovely, cozy and very clean, nothing was missing. Anna had everything well prepared for our arrival. It felt like home. It was nice to be home by the end of the day. Location was great for exploring the area.

Cozy, well-equipped apartment with a great view of the mountains. Monica is a nice and helpful host. We had a great time. Apartment located in a remote mountain village. Mountain driving skills are required. Minor drawbacks: It would be nice to update the kitchen appliances and furniture bit. No parking near the house. Could be a problem if you have a lot of heavy luggage.

Ideal accommodation. Spacious, all the necessary amenities are present. Very good communication with the host who speaks even French! Well located accommodation, 30 minutes walk from the center of menaggio and ferries, or 1 minute walk from the bus that goes to the center. We recommend it!
