Enjoy your stay in this charming house and very hospitable host. The place is quiet and easy to reach.

We stayed three nights with a baby. For us it was a nice midweek. For the baby Should we do some practical actions like making it a little dark in the room during the day. We also live very quietly ourselves but do not have a rooster nearby. We did have to get used to the fact that a rooster crows the whole time from 04:00. Furthermore, we were well received and everything was top!

We had an all-around great time. The accommodation is stylishly furnished with high end finishes. The bed is very comfortable. You have absolute peace and privacy, really a great oasis to slow down. We had a delicious meal at the Indian restaurant in the village. For travelers with dogs really exceptionally good, as the entire property is fenced. Nevertheless, it is advised not to leave the dog without a leash because game is on the road. Carmen was super charming. We will come back:)

We felt very comfortable at the place. The sauna was a great highlight. The building on the outside was not so inviting at first. But the apartment is really clean and invites you to feel good. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Beds are very comfortable. You should be mobile because the place is a little outside. I'm sure we'll be back.

What a wonderful place to relax and unwind! It was one night but it looked like we had been away for a week. It was so luxurious and relaxing! Great breakfast and top hostess (and host) Highly recommended!

I was able to relax there wonderfully. Was welcomed by Maarten and immediately received a tour. A neat cottage, felt right at home. Really enjoyed my time there. Being able to swim when I wanted in a nice relaxed atmosphere.

A very nice, wooded area, nice private space, nice bed and an extensive breakfast. Robert and Corinne are hospitable and always quick to respond to questions. There are very many small flies in the apartment, but that is probably not so easy to avoid in the middle of the forest in an old house.

This house has all you need to feel at home instantly, and yet be close to all of Amsterdam’s places. Would definitely come back again, the hosts are very cool and the house has all you need and more

Had a great stay at Johanneke’s place. Really helpful with instructions and the airbnb was even nicer than the pictures.

We spent a weekend here with 2 families with adolescents. Both us and adults and youth had a good time! The beds were very good and the sauna was also well appreciated. The arcade was also really great! Shortly recommended!

Lovely stay in the beautiful and picturesque village of Laren

Lovely place, really big for Amsterdam Standards. Very nice homey feeling, comfortable furniture and also super easy to get into the city. Loved the stay here!

It was a wonderful stay! Super quiet and privately located. Very cozily furnished chalet with everything you need. Great environment for hiking/ walking and then relaxing in the hot tub and sauna. Johan was super friendly, explained and showed us everything. Communication was impeccable. We can only recommend the place!

It was just outstanding. We had a great time with friends and were able to relax perfectly at the place. You sleep excellently in the beds, the sauna and surroundings make the stay perfect. In addition, the host was always available. It was just 10/10. We'd love to come back!

We experienced all the convenience and flexibility we needed. Parking was very easy and it was super private. Instructions were clear and the cottage was perfect for 2 people.

Our stay at "Place under the trees" was wonderfully relaxed. You walk from the cottage in no time into the woods for a nice walk and during the autumn you get a beautiful confetti with every gust of colored leaves. After the walk, settle in the cozy living room by the fireplace with a book or under the skylight at the dining table. There are plenty of books and magazines to entertain your hours. Or you can go into the sauna or hot tub. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing a simple meal. We also slept wonderfully under the thick duvets. In short, everything you need for a relaxing weekend, away from the hustle and bustle, is present. We will come back in the summer to also enjoy the swimming pond.
