Great location and very helpful staff for travelling to train station on departure.

Great location, a few minutes walk from the restaurants/bars in town & from the lower chair lift. Above the cafe is super convenient for breakfast or food. Everyone was very helpful throughout our stay, would definitely be back!

Great stay at MASA's place, felt like home and wish we could spend more time at the place if our travel schedule was not that tight. the house is sparkling clean and spacious. all supplies in house are handpicked like MASA would choose for her own home (i guess). really comfortable with fully furnished and equipped, not so far from family mart and laundry place. highly recommended. will stay again if we visit nagano next time. MASA is very responsive and very helpful with local tips for our travel.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Yoji Studio! Amy and the host were incredibly helpful and provided us with amazing recommendations. We stayed whilst we were snowboarding, the accommodation has the added bonus of 20% off the snow rental shop on the slopes! The place felt just like home, so close to all amenities and plentiful space, utensils in the little kitchenette. Coffee machine was great too! Lovely comfy king sized bed to rest in after a long day on the slopes! There is a washer dryer to use with complimentary detergent, also shampoo, conditioner etc in the bathroom! Smart TV and wifi for the nights we stayed in. Next door is the studio space with gym and yoga equipment; a stones throw away from a local (free) onsen to soak those aching muscles! All round great hosts, a great little spot, couldn’t be happier with the week we had staying here! Thank you so much for having us ☺️

You can see snow-capped mountains when you walk around the house, as expected, it's like home, but the cherry blossoms outside the window haven't bloomed yet

It was a business use (staying on a business trip), so it was very good to have a work desk and chair.We could see the snowy mountains from the window, the surrounding environment was quiet, and we had a comfortable 3 nights and 4 days.The bed and bedding are clean, there are towels, etc., and you can cook your own meals (but there is no supermarket in the neighborhood), you can do laundry, there is also size, and I am very satisfied.Thank you very much. Also, I went to the curry shop in front of the other person's post, and it was really delicious.It is also recommended.

It was very helpful that they prepared all the charcoal and fire in the afternoon. The room was spacious and beautiful, and the view from the window was even better than the photos. The surroundings were quiet and we had a very comfortable time.

The apartment is perfectly clean & comfy and located about 50 metres from the closest chair lift. The lounge room & bedroom have huge windows looking out over the ski fields so you can sit in the warmth & watch the action before and after getting out there yourself. Iwatake is a great area to ski at with a brand new fast gondola and plenty of chair lifts. The host Daniel & his staff are really friendly and helpful so we really loved staying here & highly recommend to do so too if you get the chance! It’s the kind of place you don’t want to leave!!

It was close to the station, and there were various restaurants and sightseeing spots nearby.When I opened the window, I was able to stay at a time when I could see the cherry blossoms in full bloom in front of me.The host also contacted us politely, and we were able to stay with peace of mind.I'd love to stay again.

Daniel’s apartment was exactly as described. It was large (larger than most accommodation in Japan) and very comfortable. The ensuites were pristine and water pressure was great. The kitchen was clean and had the basics. We very much enjoyed our stay. Daniel went above and beyond - allowing us early check in, booking us restaurant and taxis. Even printing forms for us which we greatly appreciated. A brilliant host.

There are few places where we have had such a warm welcome by the owner and his lovely family! Sou was super quick in his communication and very helpful with everything from booking a taxi for us to giving lots of really good recommendations for restaurants and cafes. The place was great for the five of us, four adults and one baby, to explore Matsumoto for a long weekend. The apartment is located a bit outside of the city center, while still within walking distance. However, there is a 7Eleven and a large grocery store close by which is very convenient. Next time in Matsumoto, we’ll definitely stay in Sou’s apartment again!

Rooms on the 2nd floor, no elevator, luggage is a bit inconvenient, everything else is good!

The apartment was much nicer than what the pictures showed. A very nice place to stay for someone looking for a relaxing accommodation after a strenuous day or long drive.

We had a great stay at Omusubi. Ryuichi, as everyone else mentioned, is such a helpful and kind host who greeted us personally. He gave us great recommendations and is always responsive when we had questions. The place is a walk away from Cortina and a few mins drive from Norikura, so convenient for skiing. The whole unit is clean and spacious, and the heating is great! The only slightly downside is that the soundproofing isn’t so great, so you’d hear sounds from the next room and outside if there is significant noise. Thankfully the area doesn’t seem to be noisy so we weren’t too affected. Overall it is still an excellent option for the Hakuba area!

The apartment in the forest was quiet and relaxing, surrounded by nature. It was impressive that we could see the stars so well.

Yaeko is one of the nicest Airbnb host I have ever met, dispute a little hiccup at check in, she made every effort to make things right and to make our stay comfortable. She even brought Sake for us to enjoy. Room is very comfortable, very nice undertable heater and blanket heater. I will definitely stay again when we are in the area next time.

I didn't check the message from the host, and it was warm, but I am very grateful for the polite response. Host is extremely friendly, The room was clean and comfortable like a hotel!
