I used it for a ski trip with friends. We had a very enjoyable and fulfilling time thanks to the host's dedicated preparation. It was especially helpful because I had an elementary school child, and I was able to let them play with the many toys provided in the room the whole time. They spoke directly to me when I checked in and checked out, and handled things very politely. Thanks to you, we were able to make unforgettable wonderful memories.I'd love to stay again if I get the chance, and I'd like to recommend it to other friends. Thank you so much for providing a great place.

Very lovely home. Despite a bit of a language barrier did great with communication. Very friendly host. Upon arrival had some instructions in English for us and showed us around. Everything was easy to find and use as well as clean. We got some snow to play in and the yard was perfect to enjoy it. The view is great and the area was quite. We had a great time and would stay again.

Incredibly beautiful cabin with a unique character and great atmosphere. Noriko went above and beyond to ensure instructions were clear; from directions, check in, in home instructions, and recommendations nearby. Bathroom was 11/10 and gorgeous. Place was cold when we got there but provided heaters warmed it up very quickly. For those going there, Google maps directions brought you right to the front and was easy to find. If visiting during the winter season, make sure to have at least studless snow tires as roads are very icy.

BBQ with roof | 75-type TV | Fire pit | Blowout living room | Open-air firewood bath | Karuizawa and Kusatsu sightseeing | 1 building for rent, maximum 10 people

The place is very nice inside and located in a peaceful area. It's clean and has a cozy living room and dining space. A bit hard to find though. The directions to find the house (since it's not in navigation or google maps) could be improved with higher quality and more photos. It takes about 45 mins to get to the Karuizawa area and requires driving through winding mountain roads. If the weather is great, no problem! We had rainy and foggy weather so we weren't able to make use of the outdoor space and the drive into Karuizawa took a bit longer due to the driving conditions.
