A great base from which to explore Palm Springs. Minutes away from groceries, downtown, tourist attractions like the tram. A spacious, funky house that has a huge backyard and a (somewhat cool) swimming pool. Kitchen was more than amply supplied. Were met on arrival by Kristin, a warm, welcoming spirit who gave us lots of useful info about the city. We'd happily go back here anytime.

Absolutely lovely property! Everything felt brand new and spotlessly clean. Well equipped, with everything you need to feel comfortable. We appreciated the nice quality linens and pillows. Beautifully constructed. We had a couple of questions, and Mark was very responsive and accommodating. It is easy walking distance into town, with a great bagel and coffee shop just up the street. Nice not to have to deal with parking to get to the shops and cafes. There is a tight, spiral staircase to get upstairs and low doorframes into the bedrooms, if that is a concern (we now understand the "Hobbit" House reference ). But my husband is 6'2" and he loved the house, and did not mind watching his head. The ceilings in the rooms are vaulted and gorgeous. 100% would recommend the stay!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Palm Springs Airbnb during Coachella weekend! The location was super convenient—just a short drive to the festival, but still tucked away enough to enjoy peaceful mornings and relaxing downtime. The house was spotless, stylishly decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The pool and outdoor space were definitely highlights—perfect for pre-festival hangs and post-festival wind-downs. Our host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made the whole experience seamless from check-in to check-out. Honestly, this place made our Coachella weekend even more memorable. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, stress-free stay in Palm Springs!

This was our second visit to The Guest House, but it won’t be the last. Joe is an amazing host and person. He is friendly, attentive and kind. Check in and check out we’re a breeze. Snacks and drinks were available, only requesting a voluntary contribution to replenish them for the net tenant. The property is incredible. It is beautifully appointed and well maintained. During our stay, there were no tenants in the main house, so the property was all ours. So private and peaceful. The pool house is great for entertaining. No parties permitted, of course, but we did have some family come down to visit for the day. The only drawback, you are in the flight path of departing planes from the airport. They do not fly at night, so sleeping was never an issue, and after a couple of days, we barely noticed them. Can’t wait to go back!

We loved the Topaz house! The layout is extremely spacious with the many open plan living areas as well as quiet bedroom areas. The pool area and backyard is huge and also has many different relaxing, lounging areas as well as a large barbecue, two fire pits and two dining tables. The casita is the perfect, very private, bedroom for someone who wants to be a bit apart from the main house. A very important aspect of the house for us was the fact that we could walk to the Main Street in about 10 minutes where there are many restaurants and shops to explore. It was so great to walk through the neighbourhood with its beautiful mid century modern homes. This house and its garden were perfect for our family to enjoy each other’s company, and the city of Palm Springs!

We were traveling with a toddler and the baja shelf in the pool was perfect for playing on, plus the house has a high chair and other amenities helpful to families. Laura was a fabulous communicator and responded quickly to all of my questions. We enjoyed our stay very much!

This location was perfect get away for my friends bachelorette. The kitchen was perfect for the 6 of us, and had lots of kitchen utensils and cookware. The tv is great and easy to connect to for music plus Alexas in every room. The rooms and restrooms were clean. The casita outside was my favorite part and had pool access from it. Pool was great. Judy was very attentive and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again!

Great stay! We highly recommend this house. The pool and outdoor area were perfect for our group. Close to downtown and quiet. We enjoyed the record player and the bbq. Back neighbor had barking Pomeranians almost all day on Sunday, which got annoying while trying to relax but otherwise great.
