This is a great house. The location is convenient…walking distance to coffee, ice cream, etc. The house is very cozy and clean. The best part of the house is the backyard, specifically the pool and Mountain View. The hosts were responsive. The property manager was very nice and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again. 10/10 recommend.

This was by far the best Airbnb stay I’ve ever booked. The home is beautiful and exactly as listed, but what truly made it exceptional was Shon’s hospitality. He greeted us at check-in, gave a detailed tour, and made sure we knew how to reach him. We booked nearly a year in advance, and he was communicative the entire time. The house had thoughtful touches—Tupperware, Sharpies, chip clips, and more. The beds were comfy, and the pool and backyard were private and relaxing. We loved playing ping pong, eating meals, and enjoying morning coffee outside. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and Shon even filled the propane tank for the grill. Everything was clean, well-organized, and inviting. The location was perfect—close to downtown—and his guidebook had fantastic local suggestions. Shon is a truly outstanding host. We can’t wait to come back

The house was perfect. The kitchen had all the right amenities and supplies, the backyard is beautiful and private. Kai is a great host- very friendly, super responsive and provided great local recommendations to us to try.

The house is completely beautiful as advertised, but what made it even better is that the hosts really set it up to be a home away from home. Our group of 5 loved spreading out inside and outside across so many comfortable places to relax, and the kitchen was well stocked to satisfy all our cooking. We loved the comfy beds, lovely lighting, and cute pool towels. The location is great for getting around, and for morning neighborhood walks!! Highly recommend for a 5 star experience with a group.

Sandra’s place is amazing. It’s perfectly located giving you easy access to town as well as multiple trails for hiking. The hot tub is great, fireplace is easy to use…. The place is perfect. She’s also thought of everything. From leaving flashlights, head lamps, dog poop bags, lint rollers… anything you need, it’s there. I highly recommend staying with Sandra!

Absolutely stunning little cabin! We stayed here for our honeymoon and Michael and Cat were such wonderful hosts. They had a beautiful bunch of flowers, eggs and fresh oranges for arrival. The cabin was so cozy and looked even better than the photos. It is in the most beautiful location and close to great restaurants. We can’t say anything negative for this gorgeous, romantic cabin.

My adult children and grandchildren had a wonderful time on New Years Eve and Day! It was such a beautiful home on a great piece of land full of trees, open spaces and boulders. It was so peaceful to wake up to such a serene atmosphere. I loved sitting outside drinking my coffee every morning. There was a family of deer that came by! Christina has added so many special touches that made our stay even more cozy and warm! The kids had a great time with all the games and puzzles provided. We loved watching movies, cooking and just relaxing! Thank you very much for a fantastic experience!

We loved Cynthia's place! Very cool guest space with the cozy cabin vibes we were looking for. She had LOTS of little things amenities like snacks, incredible DVD selection, welcome bag with goodies, hiking maps/permits, etc etc etc that really help you enjoy your stay. We also did literally almost every recommendation in her instructions in two days. That made things very easy because there area a lot of options to choose from in town! Definitely go on her hike at the end of the cul- de-sac! WOW stunning and just gorgeous views with no people around! When it comes to AirBnB and you're looking for convenience, good price, comfort, uniqueness, cozy vibes, privacy....this is it!! Can't go wrong with this place!

I had a wonderful stay at this charming cabin! The serene location provided a perfect escape, surrounded by nature's beauty. The interior was cozy and well-appointed, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this peaceful retreat for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature.

We loved Ilka's Mid-century home! Charmed by the fact that much of the house was original from 1957 yet looked and worked great. The current furnishings, while modern, lent to the mid-century feel. The place was comfortable and quiet, with a beautiful view out back. Downtown was only a few minutes away and we had some incredible meals and cocktails in Palm Springs. Cliff, the concierge, was easy to work with and very responsive. We highly recommend Ilka's place.

We had a wonderful trip! The home was in a good location. We swam in the pool and used the hot tub every day. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and a grocery store is in walking distance. The owners were attentive and available for questions. We drove to town or took a quick uber. We walked back one evening and it was about 2 miles from the restaurant in town, but was a very safe walk. There is a great Mexican restaurant in a short walking distance from the house. We would stay again!

Great place very relaxing and quiet, this was our third stay and our favorite place to stay in Palm Springs

Stayed for Weekend 1 of Coachella 2025! It was honestly such a great decision to stay farther away from the festival. It was quiet, less trafficked and an incredibly easy commute to the closest shuttle stop. As for the house itself, you have everything you need! The house was clean, there were ample appliances for cooking. Host was extremely responsive and helpful when questions arose.

There were 4 couples that stayed from Friday-Sun. The home was so comfortable for all of us. Huge living area! Two really big master suites. Plenty of room and never felt crowded. The backyard was a real plus, with a beautiful pool and spa which we all so enjoyed. The seating outside was perfect with lounge chairs as well as tables for eating, plus a nice sectional. Even an outdoor bar area with 3 stools! The bbq was great and easy to use. We always felt right at home and had whatever we needed for an awesome time! Easy walk to downtown or a really quick car ride. The communication couldn’t have been better. Our host, James was the best! Quick responses to any questions and made sure we were satisfied. It was so pleasant to communicate with him and we felt like we had a new friend to assist if needed. We all wished we had a longer time at this great home and talked about staying here again. Great experience by all! Thank you!

Lawrence's place was a luxurious, well thought out home with such peaceful vibes! Immediately upon entering, we were amazed at how beautiful the landscaping was, from the fruit trees and flowers blooming in the front yard, to the lush grass in the back. We loved how organized the entire house was, especially in the kitchen! Our group was able to cook up a big meal with all of the included pots and pans, and we enjoyed using the grill and overlooking the pool while dining al fresco on the patio. The spa/jacuzzi was easy to use, thanks to the clear instructions, and we were able to maximize our pool time all day in the scorching heat during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

This home was absolutely luxurious! I loved the natural light and multiple outdoor areas for soaking up the desert sun! We were late arriving, and the concierge was very accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We loved our stay at the villa! It’s decorated nicely and had a well equipped kitchen with spices and all the dishes and kitchen equipment we needed to cook multiple meals. The bbq worked great and we really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub (and the gorgeous sunrise from the back yard!). It’s close to downtown and nice to walk around the neighborhood. We will book again when we come back to Palm Springs!

The Movie Colony neighborhood is our favorite area in Palm Springs. Kristen's place is about 1 mile into town but easily walkable while being surrounded by beautiful homes and Ruth Hardy Park nearby. Her home is comfortable with many amenities needed for our 9 day stay. The open layout with kitchen, dining and family room is great for entertaining. The large windows and sliding door to the backyard provided a lot of sunshine and beautiful mountain views. There is one funky shower. An open concept shower. Kinda fun! It's an outside feel but you are inside. Be careful though, it gets slippery! Kristen's communication is over the top. Always responsive and acts quickly! The spa heater quit while we were there and she had it fixed within a day and a half. She even refunded a portion for the inconvenience. The outside of the house is as spotless and beautiful as the inside. The orange & lemon tree fruits were a treat! Fits 2 couples or small family. A true gem!
